Thank you to make more easy communication between you guys and customers it was an mistake with my order an email and all it was done few days and my orders it was at the door thanks 🙏 happy to have my products at home

I placed an order on the 30th of January for which I was charged. It's been two weeks now and the order is still in "Unfulfilled" status. Tried to contact customer services multiple times but no answer. I even commented on their Instagram page but they deleted my comment after several minutes. All I want is to at least they to refund me...

I’m giving a 1 star as I’ve ordered supplements over a week ago for next day delivery and still nothing has arrived. I’ve tried to get in contact with them but no response over email or over instagram.

Order was sent wrong. Different tshirt to the one ordered and I am now getting absoloutley no responses from emails I'm sending.

Delivery times are always brilliant. Never had an issue with this company. Definity recommend.

This company does not stock any of the products that it purports are 'in-stock' on its website. Additionally, it does not communicate, seemingly at all, with consumers who are rightfully getting tired of the tardy, postponed or completely unfulfilled orders.

This firm is effectively a (very poor) drop shipping site which is no doubt why there are significant delays on almost all orders.

Action point for all that are unhappy with this firm - report to Trading Standards.

Go to citizens advice website searching for 'Trading Standards complaint' which will point you in the right direction.

Good luck to everyone trying to get your money back or orders finally fulfilled on items that you bought in good faith.

Update: All makes sense - the companies last accounts posted a circa £297k loss. There seems to be a charge made against A-list Nutrition Ltd which suggests that it will be going into receivership, meaning that the company can no longer service its significant debt(s). Whomever is 'running' this 'company' is well out of their depth and in a spot of bother.

Very disappointing. I have not received my items months after ordering, nor have I received a single response to my 4 emails querying where my order is. There is no number to call and they are un-responsive to all contact attempts/emails. Very poor service indeed.

Never received most of products from an order or reply to my emails!
Edit: shipping number for the rest of the order provided and a shaker as an apology for a long waiting time added to the order. Seems like issues with the system caused some misunderstanding.

I placed an order 10 days ago and I have heard nothing from the company.
I have sent several emails and messages in social media but nothing.
The owner though is uploading videos in social media promoting sales and deals on the site but can't be bothered to respond or actually send the orders.
One of the worst companies to deal with.
Avoid.

On the internet it said EU delivery in 3-6 business days. After two weeks I started calling the company but the phone is off. I sent emails to both of their tech support email addresses and on all social account. I sent a message everyday for a week. No reply. Now I'm here. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

I've emailed a-list nutrition numerous times and used their contact form on the website but no answer. I've tried to message via social media but no answer.
I placed an order on 15th October and it hasn't been dispatch but the items still shows as in stock on the website.
I feel left with no option but to do a fraud claim in with my bank.
Previous orders had been shipped next day no issues.

Great selection of products you can’t get in the uk usually!

After a very poor experience with the pre-order, I decided to place a different order on items that were in stock and they were despatched super fast.
