I tried the demo of this company to weigh up whether it was worth going ahead. The demo time before being charged was 3 days and I misread thinking it was 7. This is totally my fault.

I was trying the demo as an experiment for the company, I entered my own card details and not that of the company as i was hoping to only use the demo.

I tired the chat option, and have continued to try 4/5 times. I tried email several times. No reply besides the chat bot saying someone would be in touch. Notice on the website it says you will hear back in 24 hours.

I don't know what is more frustrating, my mistake or being ignored for this long.

If only there was an option to give less than a star. These people are crooks, stay away. They look professional and they have a capable sales guy who promises a lot. Once you sign, they ask you many questions to onboard but they do not listen to you. You can do much better yourself than paying these people, they know nothing more than you do. You know your business and messaging better than them. They did not return the money I prepaid for meetings to be arranged.

Absolutely DIABOLICAL!

DO NOT EVER engage with this company. A few staff dotted around the world with no way of contacting a human.

I had a demo of their leads platform and it looked alright so I said I'd do a 3-day free trial. I EXPLICITLY asked on the call if I would be able to cancel the trial before the 3 days is finished, and if so, would I still be charged. They assured me it's a free trial and I would NOT be charged.

However, I got into the platform and it was horrendous. Loads of bugs, awful data, very messy UI. I cancelled it within 24 hours.

And what-do-you-know?! I was charged!!! $99!!!
LAUGHABLE.

Then, I emailed the "CEO" (pathetic) - informing him of the events and letting him know if I didn't get a reply, I'd be contacting American Express to reverse the transaction.

My email was ignored so now they can deal with Amex.

Awful company - should be shut down for this kind of operation.

If you own this company, and you're reading this - either give up, or do much MUCH better.

Jag har svårt att förstå affärsmodellen där alla som går med ska kunna tjäna drygt 100.000kr per månad. Osar pyramidspel lång väg. Låter med andra ord för bra för att vara sant. Kanske är det därför som dumma människor går på denna nitlott?
