I don’t always post reviews but just picked up my Porsche from A1 today and I am more than happy with it and the experience. No pressure sale - excellent choice of vehicles.

The car on the forecourt had 3 miles of fuel in the tank.

Couldn't contact Joe the salesman after he had sold me the car and Dylan the decision maker never seems to be in the office to make a decision.

We had a fantastic experience. Bought the most beautiful car and when we read the reviews I had some questions for them, Tony was so reassuring and really put my mind at ease.
When I went to pick up the car I travelled 3.5hrs and the team were so welcoming, everything was signed and completed within the hour.
We received our holding deposit back within 2 days.

I bought a jaguar from A1 ottos the sales man Ken was very professional and courteous the car was prepared to a high standard vey good.

I purchase a 13 year old second hand Audi Q7 from A1 Ortos and the customer service I received was outstanding, everyone at the garage was always more than happy to help with any enquiries I had. I needed a large family car on a budget so had to go for something older, which I was reserved about especially being a diesel, this garage sells really nice motors they seam to pick out the cleanest ones and reasonably priced. The Q7 I purchase being a exceptionally good condition part exchange A1 Ortos had taken in, they made sure the car was in complete working order. There own qualified technician fully tested the car in every way and anything required was completed regardless of cost. I can honestly say in the 23 years car ownership I’ve never dealt with a dealership as honest as this one. Family owned and built on reputation these guys really are about their customers. I 100% recommend and will be returning for my next motor. They also offer comprehensive warranty’s unlike no others I’ve seen before for extra piece of mind which I would recommend. Thanks Kenny, Dilan, Marc and Paul the car is spot on, see you in the future.

Fiddling the trust pilot reviews as well as their Google reviews now.

One review a week or so until mid March then all of a sudden multiple 5* ones a day all the same format. Hint to sales people, perhaps don't post from multiple email accounts all including your nickname.

Do not trust this garage. Any chance to decieve they will take. I highly recommend seeing the many reviews prior to the March manipulation for a more accurate picture of their garage's practices.
