Opteven has been fantastic since we've been using them over the past 12 months, our accounts manager Steph has been amazing with the help and support she has given us since joining. I couldn't imagine using a different warranty company.

It took over a month to get any information about my motorcycle warranty,
After a few calls, email and even going into big Moto asking about if my warranty stood and what numbers could I contact if I needed it which they could not give me,
so I could not have claimed In that time, so my 12 month warranty was really 11,
I have emailed them about this... Guess what... I've heard nothing back

I can genuinely say that whenever I've required assistance, Katrina Sparks has always been very helpful and actually gone above and beyond what may usually be expected. In this particular instance she dealt with both the customer and the repairing dealer to ensure a smooth process. She kept me up to date throughout and took the hassle away from me. I would be happy to highly recommend.

Must start with Will Carr and Luke. The amazing work their team does, it is indeed phenomenal to have them as our warranty supplier. Been with Will for all warranty needs since past 4 years and never shopped around. Always fair and helpful.

Honestly, I wouldn’t bother buying their warranty. I took out the 3-year Supreme cover for my Tesla Model 3 for £1,200 and dealing with my first claim in the third year has been a nightmare.

I took the car to a garage for a diagnostic and MOT, which it failed due to four suspension components. Opteven then asked the garage for a detailed report, photos and various other bits of evidence, all of which ended up costing extra.

They said it could take up to three days to hear back about the claim, which left me stuck deciding whether to leave the car at the garage or take it back. In the end, they rejected the claim three days later anyway.

The policy states that wear and tear is covered and specifically mentions suspension components, yet it was still declined. I ended up taking two days off work for nothing.

In hindsight, I’d have been better off just saving the money instead of buying the warranty in the first place. It really does feel like a bit of a scam.

Fantastic company.... Tried others & no where as good as these guys. Been using them for many years as a dealer with no issues. Big shout out to Howard Baker my rep who always offers an amazing service. Great communication & look after my customers very well.

After a lengthy search for a reputable warranty company, we found Opteven. Ian was great from the start, explained everything from coverage to the claims process, and he is always on hand for any queries. The service we've received has been great, it does exactly what they say it does. With so many dubious warranty firms out there, I can't recommend Opteven/ Ian enough!

Simon works with the customers in the most flexible way possible allowing us to ensure that all the bookings are made in the simplest way possible. I cannot rely on any other member the way I do here.

As a repair garage, this warranty company are difficult. Undercut parts at every turn only pay £50 per hour labour. No wonder few garages want to deal with warranty companies!
