Just bought a new car from Kenny at at A1 - thoroughly enjoyable experience. Kenny is a true professional ,knows his job and his customers. Top guy

I was after a specific car and had looked at a fair few, these guys had a couple of them in, both specced with my preferred options so I popped down on a Sunday at short notice. They were presented really well, both stood out from anything else I'd seen. One of them was basically a 'just take my money' car, so I asked them to do just that.

The car had up to date FDSH and a reasonable bit of MOT left on it so I was expecting it to be sold like this. They put a fresh MOT on it and two premium tyres, phoning me to make sure I'd be happy with their tyre choice. I was.

The car came with up to date FDSH which would of included a gearbox service for the VW DSG. They did a DSG service and a engine oil and filter service anyway. Just because I'm assuming.

I was dealt with by one person throughout (thanks Tony), making it all feel seamless. My questions were answered honestly with zero sales patter, not that he needed any, the car was 100% as advertised.

I would recommend having a look if they've got what your after in stock.

Brett was very helpful in showing the new and, particularly, in advice on part exchange. There was minor paperwork problem and their premises are full of high end cars making customer parking difficult

Purchase a vehicle in December Jaguar F pace from the collection of the vehicle till now the experience has not been a good one. We arrived to collect the car having Travel three hours by train only for the paperwork not to be ready and the car not to be out of the garage we have since then had one problem after another having just drove down the road from the garage we had a warning light that the tyre pressure was low on one of the tires we felt this was probably due to it being parked. We continued on our journey home and put Air in the tire only for the warning light to come on again and it had a puncture a screw was in the tyre which we then had to take and have repaired. We was also contacting the garage on our way home because the emergency brake system was not working. we later found it was due to the sensor being dirty so this had not been checked before we left. We then had a warning light on for the drivers airbag and now we have an admissions alert. The car has now been in the garage for two days we have been without the car for eight days because we couldn't get it booked in to a warranty garage before that time so he was unable to use it. We have contacted the garage several times and I've had no response from them.

This company are really thorough with the checks on the cars and make sure that you get a quality service. I dealt with Darren who was extremely professional and went out of his way to make us happy. They are a quality outfit and I would fully recommend them.
