Excellent customer service from start to finish! Communication is always great, and the team are friendly, approachable and easy to speak to. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they always go above and beyond to help in any way they can. It’s lovely to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommend!

My experience with A2B Payment Solutions has been extremely disappointing.
I signed up for what I understood to be a 12-month agreement for a virtual terminal. During the sales process, the sales agent remained on the phone with me while I completed and signed the agreement, and at no point was it made clear to me that I was allegedly entering into a 60-month contract. My understanding throughout was that I was agreeing to a 12-month term.
The acquiring bank, Trust Payments, later terminated my processing facility following a compliance review. I did not choose to terminate the agreement myself. Despite this, A2B continued to pursue substantial early termination charges based on what they say was a 60-month agreement.
I was never supplied with a physical card machine or terminal, yet for months I received correspondence referring to "non-returned equipment" and "terminals". Only much later was this point withdrawn and it was accepted that the agreement related to a virtual terminal only.
From the outset I disputed the agreement because it did not reflect my understanding of what had been sold to me. I have since spoken to the original sales agent, who acknowledged that I had wanted a 12-month agreement and commented that he didn't know why it had been processed the way it was. I have repeatedly requested that A2B preserve and disclose the original sales call recording, as I was told during the sales process that calls were recorded for training and quality purposes. I believe that recording would show exactly what was discussed.
Over many months, the matter was passed between different debt collection and pre-litigation companies, including Credex and PreAction, with the amount being claimed and the settlement figures changing several times. Throughout the process I attempted to engage constructively and resolve the dispute, but found the handling of the matter inconsistent and unnecessarily prolonged.
My company has since been dissolved, yet I have even had to correct inaccurate correspondence stating that it was still active.
This review reflects my personal experience. My advice to anyone considering entering into an agreement is to read every document carefully, insist that all key terms are confirmed clearly before signing, and keep copies of all emails and correspondence.

Be aware of this company,they offer you a cheap contract,promising that you will not be dragged in a 3rd party scheme, which is exactly what they are doing.I signed an £18 p/m contract with them,after that they dragged me without my consent into a Trustpayments plan,even that I told them that I don't want to pay more than want i agreed with them £18p/m,but Trustpayments sent me an invoice of £30p/m.
I called the person who made my contract( Jammie ) and he told me not to worry, as everything is tru A2B Payments, ok,next month the same,I called again,same story, I demanded to speak with the boss,he explained me the same story, on the next in voice of Trustpayments, I messaged him to stop the contract and I will send the device back,I he just sent me the address details,next day I have sent the device back. BlNow I have the collection company MIL Collections on my back,demanding me first £924 for breaching the contract with A2B Payments, which is not true,they used my details ilegaly to sign me up with Trustpayments, which I was not agreed, also lied that I have not sent the Pos back on time,which is also a lie. And for that now MIL Collections demanded of me ,not £924 but £1440.
So be carefully who you sign with in the future.

This company really does go the extra mile,the guys here are so polite,and cant do enough in supporting your business.Maybe they should be running our country because this is how people who do care operate,many thanks to you all.

We have been with A2B/Clover since March. The guys I dealt with to get set up have been great/helpful, along with the customer service team. Yes, there have been some hiccups during the process, but that's rather normal. I have, so far, been assisted with any issues that have occurred. Thank you!

Useless customer service and a company I will never use again!

Great communication from the start. I dealt with Roman who was friendly and not pushy. He helped with all my queries and offered a great service. So far so good.

Been with them 5 months after 36+ years with previous providers. Wish I'd known about them years ago. Roman sorted me out in double quick time and no hassle, ensuring a smooth changeover.

Avoid at all costs!!!
Misleading and a sales team who will lie to you.
Cost us loads more than if we had stayed with our initial card company due to being given false information.
Customer service is useless and really wish we stayed with previous supplier who were honest and transparent unlike A2B payments.
Told us they would cover our buy out fee and then after moving said they would only pay a certain amount as per there policy, a policy I was never informed about and I called to ensure the full amount would be paid and they said yes the buy out will be covered, at no point sent a company policy or informed me they would only pay a certain amount.
Will never use them again once we are finally out of our contract. Wouldn’t waste your time with this company.

Spoke to Roman from start to finish and he’s made it all very easy and kept me up to date with everything spot on service definitely recommend

Phil and the team have been really helpful all throughout the process and even helping us with the PCI process when the bank were not being very helpful! Would 100% recommend!
