The guys were fantastic that helped moved our hot tub.
Both houses we moved too and from were quite difficult access but they were amazing.would highly recommend them and a great price too.

Great service from the engineers which turned up. They diagnosed the problem instantly and explained everything in detail to the point I could almost fit the part sin myself next time.
I highly recommend this company to come and fix your hut tub an very reasonably priced call out fee compared to the other quotes out there.

Great guys, very professional and made moving and transporting a heavy hot tub look really easy.

Luso spas I highly recommend and I must say that I took on the task of changing the pcb board as it was taken out by the monsoon we had earlier in the year. Jay sent the part the very next day and a few months later I changed it. Jay then rang and personally stepped me through the configuration to process so it recognised my tub setup.
Can’t sing his praises enough.
One very happy customer and more importantly my wife.

We were very impressed with the way our problem was dealt with by A2B tubs. They managed to source a spare part that had been discontinued and fitted it quickly and efficiently.Would definitely use their services again.

We have previously dealt with this company without a problem. We then decided to have the hot tub serviced and used A2B tubs again. Found the whole experience this time to very haphazard and unprofessional! I emailed with a fault that I wanted looked at during the service. When the lads arrived they had no knowledge of the fault, although give them their dues they did fix it (it was just a fuse that needed replacing). They dragged wet equipment and wore muddy wet shoes through the house on multiple trips to the van. After about the fourth trip they asked "ohh should we have taken it through the garage"....umm yeah! That would have been helpful. They were obviously busy and left whilst the hot tub was filling (I understand it's time consuming) but they couldn't demonstrate or test it without water in it! They advised me to wait til it was full and then power it back on. If I found any problems to contact them and they could come back the next day. Given that this was now gone 3pm and the tub take's a long time to fill and heat I wasn't able to use it that evening or verify that it was working! Woke the next morning to a text message (sent at 9.40pm) saying "Hi is it all paid?". When I replied saying I'd not had chance to check that it was working yet I just got bombarded with rude messages back. The invoice left clearly stated that I had 2 over week's to pay (10th May) so I'm not sure why the bully boy tactics were necessary! The owner Jay, who was actually one of the lads who visited was very unprofessional, rude and I won't be using him again!

Very kind friendly guys, willing to go that extra mile to ensure we were totally happy with the service, keeping the hot tub in storage a bit longer than we thought was no trouble. Highly recommended these guys.

Truly amazing service. Emergency help needed for holiday cottage with guests in. Turned around in just over a day with the hot tub needing a lot of work. Price all agreed in advance. Cannot thank the team enough!

I recently had a 12 year old hot tub cut up and removed from my garden. It had to go through the laundry room and garage. It proved very difficult to cut and pouring rain did not help. Kyle and his colleague worked all morning and they left everywhere immaculate. The booking was made by Jay answering my enquiry quickly and providing the cost straight away. This company deserves 5 stars and I would certainly recommend it.

We have just used A2B tubs to move our hot tub as part of the recent moving process. I cannot praise them enough. They arrived at my previous home, wrapped it in cling-film, to protect it during the road journey, stored it for a few days, then delivered it to my new property today. There was no damage to the hot tub. The protective film, it was wrapped in, did the job. I would willingly use them again or recommend them to anyone else. They kept us informed as to when the hot tub would be picked up and when it would be delivered. Other businesses can learn from this company about setting the level of expectation.

Very easy to engage with. Picked up a hot tub from beverley and delivered it to sheffield. Guys were really friendly, bless them they had a challenge getting out and in due to the heavy rain and wet grass. I plan on using them for my hot tub servicing too. Would recommend.

From the initial contact with Jay to the delivery with Kyle and colleague, it’s been a superb service. I am no expert when it comes to hot tubs, but the gentleman have guided me at every stage. Kept it simple, no over complications, quick communications, and competitively priced. Thank you.

The service was fantastic. Very nice guys that came to deliver my hot tub. Very polite, always safety conscious and careful with the tub. They had a very difficult job to get it where I required it. Many steps and it was heavy. They worked for hours. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Needed a tub removal quickly with a crane. A2B were excellent. Good friendly communication. The team arrived as arranged and tub safely removed. Half the price of a well known hot tub company. All round efficient, friendly and competent. Would definitely recommend.

Had my hot tub serviced after buying a property. Could do it exactly when I wanted and were very efficient when here. The engineer was very polite and helpful to explain how to use it. Would certainly use this company again.

Unfortunately a very poor experience! After paying a deposit to have our tub relocated our house sale fell through. Contacted this company many times when we were ready to move. Takes forever to reply and when they do they then wanted to quote for the job! In the end we ended up having to leave our hot tub with the house! Extremely poor at communicating and worse at actually carrying out the job just because there was a big change of dates! I asked for a refund of deposit when they asked to quote for the job…. Needless to say I was flat turned down 5 days after I asked!
