Having a failed MOT, the team across both sites worked together to coordinate the repair and re MOT, supporting me with work patterns. Everyone was so helpful and everything sorted with ease! What a great team from office staff to mechanics nothing was too much trouble.

Went in on the spur of the moment.
Requested certain tyres for rear of vehicle, got exactly what I asked for waiting just 20minutes. Good price.
Will use again…

Staff were so helpful and accommodating as I needed my tyre replaced ready for an early appointment the following day. The mobile fitter , Richard, arrived at 8am and the job was completed by 8.30am.Brilliant service and very efficient too. Will definitely use again.

I visited your branch today for a 12:00 appointment to have my two front tyres changed. While the customer service at reception was polite, I was disappointed with how the appointment went.

I waited for nearly 2 hours, which was much longer than I expected when booking a lunchtime slot. In addition, I wasn’t informed when my car was ready and only found out after approaching the counter myself, at which point I was given an apology.

No complaints with the work carried out and I get it's tough when busy, however communication about the delay and not realising once the car had been finished seems pretty basic things to get wrong.

I wanted to share this feedback as the experience fell short of the efficiency I had anticipated when booking an appointment.

Update - amending to 2 stars. Received a phone call the following day saying I had been charged the wrong amount and paid too little. Caller was apologetic and I paid the amount. If it's owed then it's owed, however bit of a shambles all round this visit!

From start to finish excellent service
I had pulled over and left car and someone picked me up took me to work so when I called a2 they agreed to meet me in my lunch break
‘T’ the engineer was prompt and this is the second time I have seen him and he was informative and offered me my options. Excellent is an understatement.

Connor the technician was an absolute pleasure. Cannot recommend this company enough! I had to have several calls outs due to the age and wear on my old RV tyres but A2 didn't charge me again for the service. Connor is a credit to this company and was highly professional and very knowledgeable about his job. Well done 👍👍👏👏👏👏

These guys have been excellent throughout. Resolved issues arising from fitting tyres expertly and without further charges. Quick to get to me as well. Top notch all the way!!

Came in to Sheppey branch yesterday to have an interim service everything was good staff were pleasant. Until we came to pay and the price was £40 more than we expected. We queried this and was told that’s including replacing the air filter you requested. We definitely did not request the air filter to be changed! They were adamant that we had so in the end we paid and left. Will not be going back.

Called in to the Whitstable branch a few weeks ago to find out the price for a service as I had been sent a reminder from Nissan dealership, that a full service was due. Happened to mention that my annual mileage is very low and was told that I did not need a full service. How is that for honesty! Booked an interim service which has now been done. Extremely happy with the polite and courteous customer service that I have received. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Called RAC out, issue was a battery that went futt without warning. He did not have a replacement onboard but sent me a quote for a new one. Earliest available appointment two days away!!
Drove into A2 in Whitstable the following morning hoping they would have a replacement as well as the time to fit it.
No problem. Friendly, efficient and in less than 30 minutes I was off on my way.
£102.58 cheaper than the quote from the RAC. Happy bunny me.
So pleased to have them in Whitstable.

Saw one of their drivers throw litter out of their van window whilst going round a roundabout! Absolute scum, I would boycott them.

Absolute cowboys. We took our car to the garage as the engine light came on. £500 later went to pick it up and was told it needs a full service. I replied I’ve just had a full service, you need to take it back then, where did you get it done…. Here A2 tyres…. Clearly didn’t carry out the service. DISGUSTING if you want your car actually serviced DO NOT TAKE HERE! I won’t have been the first or the last where they think they can get away with charging for service and not doing it!

It is very serious and very much happened. This is the correct location in halfway. Also speak to the office as they were advised. My partner will be in touch as it was their car.

Ordered a new tyre to be fitted online took my car down to the tyre garage to be replaced. After an hour I heard some fella on the phone trying to find wheel nuts from other companies then started reading out my registration number for my car. after 10 minutes he called me over to the desk and said that the wheel nuts off the car had been damaged but wasn't by them. I said well it wasn't me was it he said he can't put them back on because it may damage the thread so what they have done is taken off 2 wheel nuts off two of my other wheels to keep that one on! I said so I've now got 3 wheels without enough wheel nuts so will my wheel come off and he said no. Well I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure if they have five it's 5 for a reason and the advice given was to go to a breakers yard where crash damaged cars are and get them from there!!! Great advice I think not. I've been using this tyre company for years and today will be the last time unfortunately. Allowing a car to go on the road with the wrong amount of wheel nuts is utter madness shows money takes priority over safety.
Cost me another 20 quid to sort out the wheel nuts so thanks very much fingers crossed the tyres lasts.
Very very disappointed.
