This afternoon I get an email to say my booking for early tomorrow has been cancelled. I called to ask why they said because of the Cyber attack yesterday on NATS. When I queries this they waffled.
Very frustrating

Great service. I messed up our dates & these guys still accommodated us which was hugely appreciated! Will use again.

Super easy drop-off, and our car was ready and waiting for us when we got back from our holiday. Perfect service 👌

The worst airport parking experience ever!!!
So, on the 6th July. My wife and I made our way to the long stay car park after spending £124
We got to the car park and parked our car at 13.05pm. We walked over to the bus stop but couldn’t help noticing the massive queue of people. However, as we were told the buses picked up every 15 mins or so, we would have plenty of time even if we didn’t make the first couple of buses.
How wrong we were. There were no buses, not for 15 mins, 30 mins or 95 mins. Then a bus arrives that doesn’t stop as it’s packed like sardines. Then 10 mins later a bus arrives that doesn’t stop. We were packed like sardines. I am not sure if this was a health and safety risk, but the bus driver piled
On as many people on. We got to the airport at 14.50pm. Exactly 1hr and 45 mins later. We had to beg to stop the people on the check in desk to accept us before closing check in. They chastised us for being late and told us we were 20 sex’s away from missing our flight which was at 15.30pm to Istanbul. I will never ever use this company again and I will be making a formal complaint to get my money back. If they don’t pay I will reverse the payment with my bank. This was a disgrace. Not one apology and I wasn’t the only person/family affected.

Very straight forward, very friendly people.
I would 100% recommend and I will use them in the future.
Just take a pic of your license plate if you dont know it as they need the plate number when you return.

Used to secure meet and greet with company SURE, several times now as convenient, polite and reliable team as location close to terminals

Use this service every time we travel from Manchester Airport and never had any issues. Just drive up, drop off the keys and straight into the airport. Just as easy on the way home. Slightly more expensive than other parking options, but definitely worth it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Booked parking with this company back in March. When confirmation came through it was for the wrong day. I phoned them up and they agreed to change the date. They then phoned back and said it couldn't be changed even though I had paid more money. A manager was supposed to call me back but as of yet still nothing. I have videos and photo's showing there website wasn't working properly and it didn't even register my email address as making a booking (when I tried to change online) even though I had an email confirmation. Easy parking Ltd- avoid

This was the slickest service I have ever had from a meet and greet. My car was already waiting for me in the car park when I rang to say I was through passports and had my bags. That never happens! Brilliant!

Very cramped parking. Worryingly small parking bays likely to lead to door damage from adjacent cars.

Drop off and pick up were both excellent.

Instructions for drop off and collect were clear, although when we phoned, as requested, 10 minutes before drop off, nobody answered which left us a bit anxious as to whether they had staff in position. We tried 5 or 6 times. Collection was very good as the car was there when we got to the meeting point.

When I dropped my car off the guy left the door open and I had to find him in the carpark to let him know , he was unaware. We have been away for 9 days and my car has been unlocked the entire time . I have returned from my holiday after a two hour delay at the airport, I called the number at 12.30 am after picking up my luggage and was told the driver is on his way and he will be 15 minutes.
After 25 minutes I called again and was told he is in traffic, my car has a tracker on it and I can see exactly where it is, the car had not moved at this point, I called again and was spoken to rudely by a man and he said there’s traffic look outside, he is by the barrier . He then cut me off. I saw
On my app the car was still in the same place, I called again after 45 minutes and was told he would be 15 minutes again and that there’s traffic, there was no traffic and cars were coming in and out no problem. I called again after an hour of sitting waiting and again I was cut straight off, I called again and as soon as they heard my voice they cut me off. At this point I was very concerned about my car and I could see it still hadn’t moved . I called back again and spoke to a woman who just said we are doing our best , the driver would be 5 minutes but I could see it still hadn’t moved .
The driver eventually turned up with our filthy car at 2 am !! I am disgusted by this service and want a full refund. Not only the lies that we were kept being told , but the rudeness and shambles of a company. If someone has a delay , surly the company know when the flights are coming in and should get the car ready. We should not have had to wait an
Hour an half for our car only to be told by the driver when he arrived that they only gave him the key five minutes before. So you tell me , who is running this awful service. I also have a medical problem which I explained to the woman on the phone and needed to get home fast and she was not sorry or apologetic. Like I said I want a full refund.

prompt, correct and very easy to use.

Damaged my car… car running when I got there and told me not to turn it off just to take it straight away. Stupidly I did as otherwise I would have noticed the collision warning which obviously they knew. Really crap service and you leave your car with them at your own risk

5 Stars all the way. Looking forward to using them again.

Arrived at car park to drop car of 5-30 am no one at car park called the numbers supplied no answer or recorder message saying this is not. A 24 hrs car park waited 40 minutes, had to leave and park in Gatwick long stay car park or would of missed flight, not only did this mob nearly ruin or holiday, they cost us £580 for long stay parking street clear
