The most difficult part of the experience is remembering that they are located on the first floor - one level up. Once you get that part solved everything else is excellent. Polite collection and ontime return. Have used the service a couple of times now and will use again next time I fly from Gatwick.

DROP OFF WAS GREAT AND SIMPLE, UNFORTUENTLY WHEN PICKING UP CAR WE WAS ASKED TO WAIT 10 TO 12 MINS FOR DELAY ISSUES, WHICH WE DID INSIDE. NO PHONE CALL TO SAY WE HAVE ARRIVED WITH YOU CAR, TIME LAPSED AND NOW WE ARE HAVING TO PAY A PARKING TICKET.

ITS BAD ENOUGHT WE HAD A 2 HOUR DELAY IN FLIGHT, TRAINS TO THE TERMINAL WAS BROKEN DOWN AT STANSTEAD, HAD TO WALK TEN MINUTES TO GET A BUS TO THE TERMINAL.THEN THE BAGGAGE BELT WAS HAVING ISSUES AND DELAYS FOR BAGGAGE PICK UP. TROLLEY CAME OUT 20 MINUTES AFTERWARDS. WE WAS ALL VERY TIRED AND EXUSTED.

ALL THE DRIVER HAD TO DO WAS CALL US ON OUR MOBILE TO STATE WE ARE HERE AT COLLECTION POINT C NOW, COME GET YOUR CAR. THEY FAILED TO DO THIS SIMPLE TASK. IN THE END I HAD TO CALL AGAIN ONLY TO GET ABUSED ON THE PHONE, I ASKED WHY DID YOU NOT CALL TO SAY YOU WAS HERE?? NO RESPONSE. NOW WE HAVE TO PAY A PARKING TICKETOF £70. THANKS.

It was very well guided instructions given on their website n on the day we meet the staff onsite we're professional and polite.

Easy to follow instructions, straight forward and prompt transfer and felt very safe leaving the car in a locked compound. Easiest parking we've done at Manchester airport, would highly recommend.

Slick and polite staff always happy to help

Great in all aspects. We called before our arrival, were explained car drop off and the bus to the airport picked us up within 10 minutes. On return we arrived at the bus stop, waited for 10 minutes and we're dropped off at our bus stop in 10 minutes. Great service and will use again.

I was so surprised at the speed of delivery of my car on my return to Gatwick! The operative was friendly and helpful.

Easy to use clear instructions bit difficult to find in dark when not used to area but delivery and return process very good

Rubish never again

I put down will be in carpark at 19.30.The company has my flight number can see that it has arrived, called as soon as I landed, no answer.I left a message. No one called me back. Got to car park at 19.40 no one there, called and guy said coming in 15/20mins. Had a long day of travelling with a 7 year old and 3 year old. To then have in carpark which is not safe, and kids getting irritated and hungry.

Great staff, smooth process, and convenient shuttle service running frequently. Much quieter than the larger companies, with a more private and relaxed feel overall. Highly recommended.

The company made a mistake on the timing of our outbound trip, despite the fact that I had a written confirmation. They told me that my booking was for two hours later.

When I queried it the controller started shouting at me was very rude and cancelled my Parking without a refund. Naturally, I will take this up with the credit card company, but it wasn’t the service I expected.

Not a great start to a holiday.

I think, perhaps he thought it was okay to abuse me because I’m a woman.

Easy drop off and pick up

Cut my dashcam wires and took my car god knows where. Should have read the BBC article on Keir Allan before taking my car out. Absolutely ridiculous

Sure Parking Meet and Greet service, south terminal at Gatwick airport.
5 star service from start to finish. Easy to locate within the Approved Operators section of the Orange car park Level 1, row B. Service was on time, staff very friendly and efficient. The collection process is very simple once you've collected all your luggage with a quick phone call and again all on time and efficient.
Would definitely recommend if flying from Gatwick and prices via A2Z Parking are always competitive.

The drop off was really good no problems,however the return was a different matter.Called company after baggage told where to go and be about 20 mins.No problem got coffee and went to car park 5 was still waiting 50 mins later no where to sit and at 1am in morning being disabled NOT FUNNY.I rang twice to b told car is on its way very busy wait 5 mins!!this was obviously lies asked the 1 fella there to contact them he said he would and told 5 mins again there was only me waiting for a car all thus while!!
Eventually the car turned up and what a state it was really really dirty with mud and bird poo on it it was now 02.15 in morning so just wrote not satisfied and drive off
REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED how a disabled lady on her own was treated i will nor use them again Shame on you Sure Parking

Great service from arriving to drop car off to getting dropped at the airport. The drivers were very polite helping the elderly or less abled on board the bus.staff in the office polite and helpful will definitely be booking again
