A2Z Airport Parking レビュー 

Money taken from my car. Money was not visible, but hidden in the car itself. Email confirmation from A2Z stated my booking had been confirmed with SMG Vehicle Storage Ltd.
Contacted Head office and they told me Terms and conditions state not to leave anything of value in the car - so my fault apparently! One might have thought that a more appropriate response might have been that the company should thinking about investigating the matter themselves!
Nothing happened, so I contacted the police who conducted their own investigation (I have a case number).
Police ultimately concluded that unable to prove anything given all employees of the company in question had access to my vehicle throughout the period and no CCTV existed. Oh, and a scratch on the front paint work and bumper.

Never again.

Do not use! Took 40 minutes to arrive at the terminal after a late night flight.
The car smelt of alcohol- sadly the guy made a quick exit before we realised. Pretty certain he had been drink driving our car

Whilst the pick up and collection was very good Sadly whilst we were away my car managed to get two parking tickets as it was left parked at Regus somewhere near Heathrow .. very disappointing still sending in appeals against the most recent ticket date 15/12/2022

We had to wait ten minutes when dropping off, despite giving them a half a hour call before arrival. More like you meet and greet them, not the other way round.
The real problem though; when we on return picked up the car in the middle of a dark, rainy night, they parked it so that we couldn’t see the scratched front corner. The guy kept the engine running, was super friendly but very rushed so we didn’t see the scratches during the quick walk around the car. I specifically asked him if there was anything to mention and he said „No, all is in perfect order“ while he walked off. No paperwork signed, nothing. Once at home we noticed the scratches and called them, all they said was; you’re at home now, too late! All phone conversations were rude, almost intimidating. We sent them a mail with photos, no response.
This certainly is NOT a reputable, honest business so be very aware what you get yourself into here!

very rude guy at the reception, waited half an hour for shuttle van to come, its says on the website allow 20 minutes extra for transfer but only if the shuttle van is ready, it took us 1 hour from the point we dropped the car to get outside the airport

Like so many other reviews I have just read … oh I wish I had researched them and read them before .. they are an appalling company!
We left our car with them in Slough at a multi story car park they use and were took to the airport in a mini bus.
Returning 7 weeks later we followed the instructions given. Our call went straight to an answer phone saying ‘they were not available’!!
Many more calls and eventually it was picked up by a man who had a strong accent and was hard to understand. Even after we gave them our reference number they said they had not got our car.
Obviously we insisted and eventually they seemed to find it and it was eventually delivered to the airport 2 hrs later!!
We had just taken a 10 hr flight from America so sitting in a cold airport waiting for our car … we are also
In our 70’s … was something I would not wish on anyone.
Stay away from this ‘cowboy operation’ .. they should be closed down !!!

Lhr meet and greet. Not there to meet, gave 1 hour notice. Phoned to chase but either no answer or cut off. Return waited 2 hours, had 2 disabled persons one in wheelchair and child and as 3rd party dont expect a reply to complaint. Rang as soon as landed. 3rd party was Quick Park Ltd. Very rude on phone. Drivers rude. Paid more on collection as late so went over the £5.30 threshold. Driver did not care neither did customer service contact or A2Z helpline. Do not ever book with them. Wished I had seen these reviews. Go for the ones who have desks at LHR I had time to watch and very professional rather than this lot.

Booked this company, all good. told when 30 minuets away to call ( im on own on motorway) i did no answer called 2 more times then they called me said they will be ready. to many cars in car park waiting to park on all levels so managed to find space and man, said pay for ticket went to 3 firms standing there didnt know me went back and was told to pay machine. on return phoned to say im back but forgotten where to pick up car told by man in strong accent where to go but didnt hear properly. waited for what seemed hour called and said its on way heavy traffic, they called me to say level 4 payed for ticket drove off, the car was dirty on outside from mud and leaves, with dirty footprints on 3 mats and the radio had been changed. will never use again takes to long.

Had the unfortunate experience of booking Heathrow Park & Ride through A2Z. On collection of my car, I found a large stone chip on the rear passenger door. Emailed HPR numerous times, but never got any comeback. I guess A2Z & HPR and all the other companies that A2Z quote for, are working together and basically don't give a monkeys once they have your money. I suggest you don't use either firm

Unfortunately not everything was as expected.
I will start from beginning
- phone call - i couldn't understand barely half of the conversation, caused by strong accent of the person dealing with me.
I do accept and respect, there are different accents all around UK, and i can recognise most of them, however i believe customer service conversation should be clear and the person should make sure, the client can understand.
- when i was leaving i ve paid £6 with £10 note, the guy did not have a change and he said, it will be in car, when i ll get back ( it was not )
- my personal belongings were taken from arm support storage and were on passenger sit ( not all, but i have recognised, someone was searching that )
- car came dirty inside from mud ??? have no idea how they managed this ...both front carpets, some dirt on door ... and someone was sitting on back seat too as this carpet was dirty too.. crazy isn` it ?
- than someone left bag with leftover food and coffee cup in there ( Greggs )

I have never came across with this kind of experience.

However I believe we can solve this and i can still stay A2Z customer.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST

A2Z are merely a booking agent and take no responsibility for the companies they use. In our case they booked EAP Manchester for us and, in short, EAP Manchester failed to deliver our car to the airport and we have to revert to hiring a taxi to take us to where the car was being stored. When I complained to A2Z, this is their response... "The complaint you logged was not in relation to us here at A2ZAirportParking.co.uk, your complaint was with the Car Parking Company you selected to purchase your Car Parking with, EAP Manchester LTD." So in short, the companies that A2Z suggest we book with, are not all capable of delivering a service so please do your research before booking!

Hi, i today have returned from my holiday but am disappointed with the part of the service i received regarding my booking. I called the number on the booking form as requested when approx 30mins away and was told to enter the orange car park and park in row A and someone would be waiting to take our car, we arrived and after driving up row A we didn't see anyone waiting and no bays to park in as they were all full, i called the number again to be told to just park the car an they would be with us shortly anyway after not being able to find a space in row A we just pulled up in the drop off spaces and waited approx 20 mins (nearly 1 hour after the first call) for someone to arrive, my husband was waiting outside the car at the top of row A to direct the guy to our car who then told us we needed to pay £10 exit fee for the car park so he could get out, i questioned this and also pointed out on the paperwork that it said £8 each way fee and his response was well it used to be £7 but they put it up to £10. I feel that i should not have to pay for the extra fee for parking as you clearly stated in your paperwork £8 each and this is not my fault that it had gone up in price and you hadn't updated your terms and conditions accordingly, i am also not happy that we had to parkour car in a drop off point as there were no bays available when we had booked this date and approx time before our arrival!!!!.

I don't think in the future i would use yourselves again or recommend to other people and will go back to using Stansted meet and greet as at least with them i know where i am parking when i arrive and leave my keys in the reception and when collecting my car i just go to the reception collect my keys and am told where it is parked and away i go within a short space of time and not left hanging around for a driver to turn up to collect my car and also when i return to collect it have to wait longer than they say on the phone for them to turn up!!!!

Must admit I was a little concerned to use this company having read some of the reviews, but having been quoted around £250 for a meet & greet elsewhere, I went for the £95 offered by A2Z.... and what a great service. Everything worked; car collected on time by a very pleasant guy, returned promptly and driver was happy to wait as we were delayed getting out of Heathrow. The tracker in my car reveals it was driven to a safe place, left there until it’s return.
Will definitely use this company again.

Left sunglasses in my car which were then stolen on return! Emailed the company to be fobbed off and told they do not operate on behalf of the company that actually parks the car. Insult to the injury of the fact they were over an hour late returning the car.

Thieves! Avoid at all costs!!!

I complained in Feb 22 and after chasing twice only got a reply today saying they are not responsible for the 3rd party company they allocate the business too!
They parked my car, not in a secure car park but outside a residential house on a street in Langley (near LHR). They were then 2 hours late returning my car after arriving back into LHR and lied about why they were delayed.
I certainly won't be using either company again and their lack of interest shows everything.

Please give only exact agreed amount of money to the driver. As they promised to give me change upon my arrival to Manchester, but it never happened. No respond to my emails to investigate situation. Negative experience. Never again will use their service

My experience in June 2022 was spot on. Phoned them before and they were waiting for me. On way back I was an hour early and at a different terminal and they still met me with no waiting from me. Great value and great service. I also messed up my booking abit and was able to change online via a message request and they did this for no cost, when I think they had the right to charge an admin fee. Great all round.

This is a copy and paste taken from my confirmation email from A2Z Meet and Greet:
"FOR TERMINAL 3 - Follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 3. Follow signs for Terminal 3 Departure. We will collect your car from 2 Drop-Off lanes outside the Departure terminal. Sat-Nav Postcode: TW6 1QG"

The above copy clearly states that the drop-off location was outside the Terminal 3 departure Terminal.
When I arrived at the given location, incurring a £5 compulsory parking fee, there was nobody there to meet me, so I called the A2Z office only to be answered back by an Abusive, rude and very difficult to understand person who informed me that I should be on Level 4 of the Short Stay car park. Half an hour later I arrived on Level 4 and had another long wait while the A2Z representative was having an animated argument with another customer. The whole episode had taken well over an hour!
On my return three days later, I went to Level 4 of the short stay car park to collect my car but it was nowhere to be seen. Again I rang the A2Z office and 20 minutes later a driver arrived with my vehicle.
No visible damage but my wife had left approximately £10-£12 in coins in the vehicle coin box. All gone bar £2 (however, there was a warning about leaving valuables in the car. So my fault)! Also the vehicle dash cam had been unplugged. I wonder why?
Altogether a very bad experience.
