Thanks so much for getting in touch with this, and I am sorry for this issue, and happy to provide more clarity on this as I know we have already been looking into this for you.

You purchased an insured returns label via our returns service and the parcel was "delivered" on the 8th April. For our returns service we are only able to open an investigation fully with the courier after 30 days of the parcel being supposedly delivered. We submitted all the information to the courier on the 12th May, and the investigation is now on its way. It is unfortunate that it can take up to 30 days then for the courier to finish the investigation on their end. However, I am confident we will get an outcome in this time.

I do realise this is much more of a longer process than both you or I would like in this instance, however, it is important for this process to take place to protect yourself as well as all of our other customers from any possible fraud that may take place within the delivery process.

I will get in touch via email as well (our last response to you was yesterday 20th May) however, I am hoping we can receive an outcome before the 30 days are up. If we do not receive an outcome by the 12th June I will of course issue a refund for you, as waiting any longer than 60 days is totally unacceptable.

I hope you can empathise that sometimes couriers do underperform, and we are doing all we can to ensure this situation is rectified as soon as possible.

Hello Regis.

Thanks for your review. We are actively working to receive a response from the IPF as the IPF has reviewed and approved the Rigor Mortis knee sleeves for competition in October 2022 between the periods of 2023 through 2026. We are working diligently to address this concern. As of the current date 11th April we have yet to recieve a response from the IPF and as soon as we do we will respond to all customers with news.

A7 stands committed to helping all Athletes and fight for their ability to have a choice in their equipment selections. Rigor Mortis sleeves will always still be available on our site as we continue to cater for all federations and not just the IPF.

Nous travaillons activement pour recevoir une réponse de l'IPF qui a examiné et approuvé les manchons de genou Rigor Mortis pour la compétition d'octobre 2022 entre les périodes de 2023 à 2026. Nous travaillons avec diligence pour répondre à cette préoccupation. À la date du 11 avril, nous n'avons pas encore reçu de réponse de la part de l'IPF et dès que nous en aurons une, nous répondrons à tous nos clients en leur donnant des nouvelles.

A7 s'engage à aider tous les athlètes et à lutter pour qu'ils puissent choisir leur équipement. Les manchons Rigor Mortis seront toujours disponibles sur notre site car nous continuons à répondre aux besoins de toutes les fédérations et pas seulement à ceux de l'IPF.
