Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service, I orderded their Rausch Singlet a size to small and within 1 hour of me asking for a size change it was all set and done

I dont like the courier they use for atleast the Netherlands GLS is just very inconsistent with their delivery time.
I would love to see matching joggers with the singlets, im looking for same colored ones right now and theyre all from very cheap material

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! We always take on board comments like this and currently we use GLS as our most economic option as it tends to provide the best value for customers. We do however have more premium services with our faster shipping alternatives (UPS & FEDEX)

These may be a better alternative for you next time you order 😊

Produktkvalitet: super. Returoplevelse: trÊls.

Jeg bestilte nogle knee sleeves i stiff, fÞrste gang var de desvÊrre for små og skulle returneres. Der var problemer med returfragten og jeg måtte derfor betale 220kr for at sende dem retur. Produktet er som forventet, super godt - bare Êrgerligt at det skulle koste mig nÊsten 900kr at få de rigtige sleeves. Det ville vÊre fedt hvis A7 havde deres produkter tilgÊngelig i en fysisk shop, så de kunne afprÞves, når det er så vigtigt at det er de korrekte stÞrrelser for optimal udnyttelse af deres kvalitet.

Thanks so much for taking the time and getting in touch with this. I do understand that the returns process can be a pain, however as a small team of 3 here we are not large enough to be a physical store and we are not a large enough company to offer free exchanges at this time.

Love A7!

I ordered their new Rautsch Singlet and I’m glad I did, so comfortable and looks amazing - they even threw a matching, brand new pair of wrist wraps in the package, using a discount code, awesome surprise!
I’ve shopped at A7 twice now and have been very satisfied each time🙌
