I tried to collect winnings and they rejected the deposit. This happened 3 times!! They say they refunded it, but I have proof that they didn't. The 3 times were one right after another and I never attempted after that. Customer service was horrible and they called me a liar. They deserve NO STARS!

the same thing happened to me as the last person. I won like $1200 on the $10 free play they give you for downloading the game. when I wanted to withdraw they said I had to become a VIP member and to be a VIP make any deposit of any amount. then they say the give u 530% match of what you deposit. BS. and u can withdraw $10 and it still saying amount available to withdraw is the $1200 but you can't select it. u can't do anything with the free bonus play of 1200. even when my money that I paid run s out it doesn't let me continue to play w free bonus winnings. it's useless. and when I contact support they just give you some bullshit lies. these games are all BS really. i am done being their crash test dummy. can someone build a legitimate game that has full transparency and you really do win something! please!

Okay I won four grand on $10 free play that alone is a red flag to me but in order to withdraw this which they say I can I have to first deposit money any amount is what they say but if I only deposit $9 I can only withdraw 10 if I want the whole program I got to drop a grand out of my pocket in order to withdraw $4,000 in increments of $1,000 four time a day. I personally believe if I keep going and I'll actually reload my account with my money that's what I'm going to continue to do until I'm broke I don't think they're going to pay our s*** but if you got the extra money just laying around you can do that with by all means do it let me know cuz if it's worth it and they actually pay I'll give you $500 when they payout.
