I recently had a very disappointing experience with A&A Appliance Leasing Company. After fulfilling the initial 4 to 6-month commitment, I decided to cancel my service but was hit with an $85 cancellation fee because I didn't give a 30-day notice. This fee felt incredibly unfair, especially considering the poor service throughout the lease period.

The terms and conditions were unclear upfront, and I felt blindsided by hidden fees and charges. The entire process was frustrating and left me feeling taken advantage of. Their customer service is terrible, their appliances are unreliable, and their business practices are shady.

Overall, I would not recommend A&A Appliance Leasing Company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your appliance needs.

I've been trying to speak to someone for 3 weeks about some documentation. No one answers the phone, and no one will text message me back or answer my online inquiry.

Horrible customer service! Cannot get through on the phone! Do not recommend!

While you delivered to my changed address with a short notice and your staff was super helpful with this… the washer and dryer I received was a little banged up and dented from previous renters, and this is what has kept me from giving a 5 star review.

A&A Appliance is a true lifesaver. I live on a 3rd floor apartment and they delivered my washer &dryer. The price is perfect for me as a single mom. They have outstanding customer service!! I never thought I would ever say I love doing laundry. Thank you A&A appliance!

The delivery guy installed a torn dryer duct hose and used an inadequate clamp for the dryer side connection. The hose had fallen off the dryer exhaust which I noticed after my laundry room kept feeling too hot and humid. Luckily the tears were close to the end of the hose so I cut 3 inches off and installed a proper dryer hose clamp. Also, it was raining all day and the guy didn't have foot covers for walking through carpet. I asked about it and he was not concerned. Everything works now just a questionable start.

The delivery was prompt and the service man was courteous and efficient. The appliances look good and work well.

The Product is really old the washer held bleach in ti for 3 loads and ruined a lot of linens

This company does not answer the phone and will not cancel your services. I tried canceling two months ago, nobody would answer the phone so I left a 1-star Google review. I was called within the hour and before my problem was solved the owner asked me to change my review. I literally can't escape this company. Go with anyone else. Do not trust this company.

Beware this company is a SCAM!!!!! Please DON'T DO BUSINESS with A&A Appliance Leasing. The company is unprofessional and unreliable. I was initially interested in leasing a washer and dryer set with A&A because of the affordable deal and the online ease of leasing. However, it all changed once these thieves took my money online. I received no delivery confirmation from them and had to call several times to confirm a date which they pushed back without letting me know. Today was my delivery date with a delivery window from 3p-7p. After taking off from work and sitting in my apartment, at 720p I quickly realized this company was a fraud. I had to call my bank and submit a stop payment and report fraud against this company. After speaking with my bank, I then posted a review on Google about A&A. Guess what?!!! I received a call from a manager Alex who reached out because he saw the review and not because they failed to provide me the product I paid for in advance. Alex informed me his driver knocked on my door and there was no answer so he left. Keep in mind, I have been in my apartment and never heard the door nor received a call from the driver. Alex had the nerve to ask me what floor I lived on...but I thought your delivery driver came to my door (BS). And then Alex suggested maybe they didn't have my correct email address on file but that's the same email the company used to send a copy of my invoice and respond to my complaints about delivery..smh. Alex "attempted " to see if he could deliver the W&D on Saturday for me since I already took off work today. Alex confirmed he could do an exception for a Saturday delivery but didn't know the time-frame. Already knowing the company doesn't honor their word, I wasn't about to sit in my apartment all day for a delivery that may not happen again. Alex then proceeds to try to suggest for me to provide another review online but a positive one if he cancels and refund my order through billing which they typically charge a fee for . At this point, I was disgusted by the lack of professionalism or customer service. I expressed to Alex the best thing for A&A to do is to refund my money. ALEX the idiot then states you already submitted a stop payment claim to the bank and he was concerned I would get a double refund. I submitted a claim that requires an investigation and a process that isn't immediate. A reputable company would give me my money but A&A Scammers Sorry A$$ Leasing Company opted to wait on my bank to process the fraud. SO PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM SAVE YOUR MONEY TIME AND PEACE OF MIND YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Excellent company I liked very much their equipment is of high quality and their personnal is excellent with comfortable equipment and good promotions, they offer discount coupons and I have mine.
