I have enjoyed my time as an interpreter with AA Global and take great pride in the service I provide. The team is friendly, and the work is rewarding.
However, I am concerned regarding recent changes to payment schedules. Despite prior verbal confirmations that work completed in one month would be paid at the start of the next, my January payments have been delayed until March. This contradicts what was previously agreed upon and practiced.
While I value the work, clear and consistent communication regarding remuneration is essential for a professional partnership. I hope the company can improve its transparency to ensure interpreters feel respected and valued.Is anyone that had issues regarding the payment ? Please advice !

The company is essentially a scam for all the interpreter who work for them, they get paid substantially from their clients (NHS etc) and then not only pay their interpreters MINIMUM WAGE but they also make up and invent many creative ways to steal even that minimum wage back from their workers. Abhorrent, immoral, all should be jailed.

I recently had to use an interpreter to assist a friends family on their holiday to the UK. AA Global could not have been any better in supporting this requirement. The team who took the booking were friendly and helpful, they offered many options, in person, telephone, video and all reasonably priced. The interpreter was very professional and knowledgeable and my friends family thoroughly enjoyed their holiday! Thanks so much for all you helped with.

Rubbish company
Never heard outcome of the interview
Interview has been rescheduled three times
Staff do not know about the salary and LGBT person from AA Global treated me unfair .
This is nothing wrong and against any law and no direct discrimination because I didn't use his name but I can definitely shall you how I have been treated and how many times my interview has been rescheduled.
Not surprised that this company doesn't have good reviews
