Great service and advice. Would recommend.

Been with Aardvark for 2 months. Setup and advice has been excellent; straightforward and knowledgeable. Slight hiccup with a customer services consultant (otherwise rating would be 5) but the Client Director resolved the issue immediate and has been exceptional so far. Made a potential complex transition from sole trader to ltd company feel controlled and supported.

Consistently fantastic service. I moved to Aardvark four years ago and it is the best decision I've made to date with regards to my Limited company. The service from Aardvark is all-inclusive from offering company insurance, accounting and payroll advice, through to financial services. They are a one-stop shop for any and EVERYTHING to do with my company. Excellent service - Louisa, Ryan, and team always go above and beyond.

I've switched to Aardvark beginning of the current tax year and have to say the experience is great (or superb compared to the previous accountancy) so far! Great thanks to the whole team for their dedication and especially to Ethan who's been a tremendous help from day one, always quick to respond with "no nonsense" approach to even the most silly / weird queries :)

I have recently been offered a job based in the US, and I had no idea how to proceed in order to start working, what the taxes would be like, and overall how the process would work. From the beginning, I felt extremely well-assessed. Ethan is the best advisor that I could ever ask for. He reviewed all the information I provided with an incredible eye for detail and advised me on the best way. He is taking care of everything! He explained the entire process to the T and provided me with a very easy-to-use platform to create invoices and record all income and expenses. Having switched from my previous accountants to Aardvark, I am extremely happy with the level of service and information I have received.
From my initial inquiry - where every question was answered in the first reply - to the ongoing interaction with my account manager, the level of service has been excellent.
The switch from my previous accountant was not smooth, due solely to the delays by the previous company to provide the required information. Nevertheless, my account manager Ethan Speechley-Price and his team chased up the information until everything had been concluded satisfactorily. Ethan kept me up to date with progress and as soon as clearance was complete and the accounts were in Aardvark's control, clearly layed out the options for my company moving ahead.
Similarly communication from the accounts team regarding VAT and company account filing has been quick, efficient and easily understandable. I can very much recommend Aardvark, especially if you feel the service you are receiving from your current accounting firm is not what it should be.

As an IT contractor, operating outside IR35, I've recently joined Aardvark Account to support my business accounting needs.

Ethan, my client director has been outstanding to say the least. Extremely knowledgeable, approachable and most importantly available!

As I have little experience with opening and running a Limited Company, it's been an extremely valuable service thus far - one which I would absolutely recommend to others.

Due to our in-depth initial meeting, I've not been as dependent as I anticipated I would be on Ethan - win, win!

We've since had further meetings for ad-hoc purposes and to discuss strategic tax planning.

I was looking for a one off service due to needing some advice following a change in work circumstances. I called a couple of firms before I called Aardvark but I stuck with them because from first contact with Harvey who was friendly and knowledgeable, through to Ethan who went above and beyond to give me some great advice and guidance, even running over the allotted meeting time, I could tell that they are a firm that I could trust.

At some point I will come back to Aardvark and use them for all of my accounting needs in the knowledge that they are friendly, knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to keep me happy as a customer.

I have used Aardvark since 2017, they offer a great service and are always available if I need assistance or questions answered regarding my financials. I highly recommend their services no matter the size of your biz.

Terrible service.
Literally they do nothing and always re-request all the information that you already sent. Ridiculous

It would be beneficial if their response times were more consistently prompt to address time-sensitive queries and concerns.

On the positive side, Aardvark Accounting has provided valuable advice and insights on optimising my salary and dividends. They have ensured that my financial structure aligns with my long-term goals, such as qualifying for the state pension and minimising unnecessary tax payments. Their expertise in this area has been invaluable and has helped me make informed financial decisions.

While Aardvark Accounting generally delivers a reliable service, there is room for improvement in certain aspects. Enhancing their responsiveness and attentiveness to emails, including avoiding errors in attachments, would significantly enhance the overall experience.

Despite these minor concerns, I would still recommend Aardvark Accounting for their specialised contractor accounting services. Their expertise in IT contractor finances and assistance in optimising tax strategies make them a valuable partner for anyone in the industry.
