This cooking academy is amazing, even being a chef myself this is a great place to learn! I got hundreds of recipes and monthly Cook-alongs, cheat sheets, seasonality charts.

Great cooking classes with amazing knowledge. Aaron brings a lot of personality and humour as well as a clear wealth of experience.

What a brilliant concept!
Have loved cooking these recipes and made many delicious meals. The live chat function and cheat sheets are great for additional pointers and tips to help better my cooking. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve their cooking skills and confidence within the kitchen. All delivered in a fun and easy to understand manner.

You don’t just get the ingredients list for the dish you get an embellishment of information behind them and options to adjust the recipe to suit.
