Nos alegra saber que todo el proceso, desde la compra hasta el envío, haya sido tan fluido. Para nosotros no tendría sentido cuidar solo la calidad de los suplementos si el resto de la experiencia no estuviera a la altura, porque cada paso cuenta.

Entendemos el bienestar de forma holística: buenos suplementos, una rutina activa, una dieta variada y también una experiencia de compra sencilla y sin complicaciones. Somos muy fans de la idea de vivir de forma más inteligente, no más difícil, y nos encanta saber que en tu caso eso se ha sentido desde el primer clic hasta el producto final.

Unser Ziel im Customer Happiness Team ist es immer, auch aus schwierigen Situationen noch eine faire und menschliche Erfahrung zu machen. Deshalb haben wir uns nach Ihrer Bewertung proaktiv bei Ihnen gemeldet und versucht, gemeinsam eine Lösung zu finden. Ein Teil der Schwierigkeiten entstand leider auch dadurch, dass nach einer gewissen Zeit keine offizielle Nachforschung beim Versanddienstleister mehr möglich war und die Kommunikation zwischenzeitlich leider nicht immer ganz flüssig verlief, obwohl wir auf alle Nachrichten innerhalb von 24 Stunden geantwortet haben.

Concernant la réduction, il est possible qu’elle n’ait pas pu s’appliquer si le produit bénéficiait déjà d’une autre offre ou d’un prix promotionnel. Mais pour pouvoir vérifier cela correctement, nous aurions besoin de quelques informations supplémentaires.

Pour la livraison, la satisfaction de nos clients passe avant tout. Nous avons essayé de retrouver votre commande à partir des informations visibles ici sur Trustpilot, mais sans y parvenir, et nous vous avons aussi envoyé récemment une demande d’informations.

Wir wissen, wie wichtig es für unsere Kunden ist, ihre Bestellungen so schnell wie möglich zu erhalten. Seit deiner letzten Bestellung haben wir unsere Prozesse verbessert, um solche Situationen früher zu erkennen und proaktiv auf unsere Kunden zuzugehen, damit unnötige Verzögerungen vermieden werden.

Auch wenn einmal nicht alles nach Plan läuft, versuchen wir immer, daraus eine positive Erfahrung zu machen, und es bedeutet uns viel zu sehen, dass uns das in deinem Fall gelungen ist.

The additional customs charges are a consequence of Brexit, which introduced import duties for UK orders. As soon as these changes came into effect, we implemented a clear checkbox at checkout informing customers that additional customs fees may apply, and this needs to be accepted before completing the purchase.

That said, we understand that this can still lead to confusion, especially as thresholds and conditions can vary depending on the order value. For this reason, we always recommend UK customers check the latest guidelines or reach out to us before placing an order, and we’re always happy to help clarify.

We’d also like to clarify that these customs charges are set by local authorities, and we do not benefit from them nor have control over how they are applied.
