Cobi done a fantastic job with our windows today, look absolutely fantastic. He was professional and really made a massive difference with our windows. Can’t thank him enough. Would recommend abacus to everyone

The external windows were cleaned by
Kyle.
The previous clean had left some smears on several windows.
Kyle cleaned thoroughly including the corners, once each window was cleaned, he then rinsed off.
They were sparkling the next morning. Thx.

We hadn’t had an external clean since we moved in 10 years ago
The gutters, soffits and fascia were green and horrid.
George (the cleaner) arrived promptly and explained the system that the company uses and ran me through the process. I left him to it and came back out after he was finished with the clean and WOW! it was almost like he’d installed new gutters they were that clean, cannot fault the company and the hard work they do to give a great service, will definitely be using them again!

Very good clean, George was very polite and helpful. Would recommend to anyone, amazing job!

I I did a good review on Abacus straight after they did the job of cleaning my gutters out and washing the soffits etc. Unfortunately they did not inform me that they do not remove nest debris at this time of the year, a point I was not made aware of. So I paid £232 but still have a problem. Their reponse has been to say no, think that maybe why they demand payment up front. Very disappointed

I had my windows cleaned today by Abacus Window Cleaning. A polite young man called George carried out the cleaning very efficiently and he did a very meticulous job.

Had my windows cleaned for the first time by Sid at Abacus and he did a fantastic job! His work was to a very high standard, he was polite, friendly and helpful and he came across as genuinely wanting to do a good job. The Velux windows had not been cleaned for a while, but his attention to detail to get rid of the stubborn moss was exceptional. I am very impressed with the care and consideration that went into his work and he made a brilliant first impression. Thank you Sid and thank you Team Abacus

Used this company for the first time and the windows were not cleaned properly, some were missed completely. Then they broke our roller shutter door, as they knocked something over, left it and then told me I could shut it. I did this and heard a noise and so ran to stop the shutter and removed what was stopping it from shutting. We had this on camera and they would not accept responsibility and tried to blame me, even though it was obvious this was not the case. We didnt have to pay for the windows but now we are being ignored and have had to pay to fix damage caused by their carelessness to our roller shutter door. Will not use again.

Ollie is always courteous and does a great job cleaning our windows. I will be extending the service soon to get our gutters cleared.
