Had our gutters cleared recently, they were causing issues when there was downpours. Tom arrived on the time we requested and was very helpful and informative about the process. Gutters are now cleared and our issues have been resolved. Would highly reccomend

We have used Abacus Window Cleaning for a long time. They provide an excellent service. They text the day before to let you know they are coming. Windows always look great and if you have any issues they are always sorted out. Very good customer service too.

first of all they did not turn up on Tuesday when it was booked in. sent a text at 4.30pm to say sorry they would rebook.
arrived today to clean windows. left water drips all over the windows. Did not do the outhouse even though this is on sheet to be done.
broke my washing line which i did not notice until after he had gone. He didn't tell me and my washing was on it.
when i rung they said they would get him back out. i declined and have asked them to take me off their books. very disappointed

Last week I had my windows cleaned by Callum. I’m an elderly man in my 70s and I must say I was slightly nervous as it’s not often I have people visiting the house. But Callum was incredibly polite and professional and did a very thorough job. A great first impression for Abacus and I’ll be sure to recommend them to friends and family. 5 stars.
