Bought a bed from them and honestly it’s the most beautiful bed I have ever seen. The only thing i would say is that they need to put more paddings on the sides of the bed otherwise everything is perfect.

We had great service and product from ABBEDS. Quick and efficient delivery, easy to assemble and it looks fab in my daughters room and feels like a safe comfy place for her to sleep (she’s only 2).

Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere; this company will not own up to their mistakes. While the furniture might look posh on the website, the Serenity Low Base Bed (Order #1652) we received was extremely low quality and completely unfit for purpose.
The headboard had been reduced in height in such a way that the mattress no longer fit the frame. Even after they sent a technician to remedy this, the "repair" was a display of poor workmanship and was unsuccessful. Specifically:
*The bedframe is no longer square.
* The side rails are uneven, sitting 30mm higher at one end, causing the bed to slope.
* The aesthetic finish of the spacers is substandard and not in keeping with a "bespoke" item.

Our experience with their communication has been even worse. We sent a formal complaint via post to Mr. Bilal Hussain and the company’s address , following several emails and WhatsApp messages. We have been completely ignored. Furthermore, this company does not have a Google location to leave feedback.

We have spoken with a Citizens Advice advisor to file a formal claim and have already selected our preferred court hearing center. We will take action however long it takes to give this retailer a lesson—even if it means going to court and Watchdog TV. Do not be fooled by the photos online; once they have your money, they disappear.

Happy with our coral kids bed. Went for the Naples fabric in ivory and it’s a lovely neutral timeless fabric. Was sceptical going for Naples as the photos show the bed in teddy but super happy I went with my choice. The bed was easy to put together taking less than 30 mins, all the fixings are already in place so a case of tightening them with the provided Allen key. Ordered on New Year’s Eve, and it was delivered yesterday 7th jan, super fast service for a custom made bed! It’s really heavy and well made and exceeded my expectations. There was a hiccup with delivery, but was easily and swiftly resolved by the couriers, problems can sometimes happen and they dealt with it as best as they could and that’s what’s important. Overall would 100% recommend. Thank you

Brilliant customer service. Delivery was very smooth and the drivers checked and made sure I saw that all parts were there. We have a very happy 2 year old girl who now loves sleeping in her own bed. Would recommend this company to everyone. Bed is beautifully made and very sturdy.

Ordered bed on the sun7th got it 11th,we paid for speedy delivery and assembly. I wasn't there my mum was,they called when I was at work ,SHOUTING OPEN DOOR,they went to wrong hs.I said my mum is there who by the way is 78.The proceeded to take bed upstairs and on their r way the broke my loft ladders.gThey were shouting at my mum which im not happy.When I got home,to my disappointment bed is wrong colour and I asked forvextra height which they didn't do.I have been calling continuously they not answering, been sending loads of what's apps,no response. They take your money then they don't want to know.I sent messages saying I want to return bed and they are totally ignoring us.told they broke ladder and what are they going to do about it, NOTHINGI have a bed that I didn't ask for.I too have all messages,yes i changed speedy deliveryand assembly but not height then my husband just keep it as it was so i put speedydeliveryand assemblyback on,didnt mentionanytimeabout taking height,we had arrangedi would pay the 139 to your deliveryguys which we had,but they didn'task which my mum phoned to tell me.I only realisedwhen i gi r homewhy they didn'task,thats because height of bed was made to what i asked for.I WOULD NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.SO UNPROFESSIONAL. HORRID AND RUDE PEOPLE !!!!!

Customer support was brilliant, questions and queries answered straight away even before placing my order. Helped with exactly what I was after correcting the material and the colour to exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend and use again, the best is super comfy and soft and perfect for our daughter. Thanks so much!

We ordered the kids Coral bed, it arrived within a couple of weeks and we paid for it to be assembled which was worth the extra money. The bed is good quality, we went for the teddy material and it's lovely and soft for my toddler

Ordered a bed from ABBEDS on 19/09/2025 and was delivered on 09/10/2025. Delivery took longer than expected however the bed itself is lovely and excellent quality. Would definitely recommend!

Very good communication with the company through WhatsApp. Helped us get a headboard size we’ve been looking for everywhere.
Also informed us about what beds we would be able to get the iron frame for the storage.
Although they dropped it to our designated room, they weren’t able to assemble on this occasion but have refunded as promised.
Would definitely recommend!

I have had a bed and matching blanket box from ABBEDS and can honestly say that the quality of both were exceptional and very well packaged. I paid to have the bed assembled and this was done in super quick time. The delivery men were polite, courteous and respectful of my home. I am so pleased I chose this company and the items as the bed is so comfortable and the blanket box matches perfectly. I would definitely use ABBEDS again.
