The Lucena Dresser by Abbyson Home is an exceptional piece that balances high-end design with incredible value. Finding furniture that feels this substantial and well-constructed at an affordable price point is rare, and it fits perfectly in my space.

The modern Scandinavian design is beautiful, and the quality is immediately apparent. It is clearly not a cheaply constructed piece; the soft-close drawers operate excellently and add a premium feel to the overall experience.
What truly sets this purchase apart, however, is the level of service provided by Abbyson Home. In an era where customer service is often relegated to AI and delayed email responses, the personal touch I received was refreshing. Maria at Abbyson Home reached out immediately after my purchase to thank me and provide clear, helpful information regarding the delivery timeline. She responded to all of my follow-up questions the same day, making me feel like a valued customer rather than just another order number.

The delivery team was equally impressive. They were professional and took great care to protect my apartment during the install, even taking their shoes off without being asked. It is clear that Abbyson Home values their customers, and I highly recommend both this dresser and the company.

We purchased a new bookcase from Costco. The doors weren’t aligned as the top right hinge was not tight & couldn’t be tightened as the holes were big so we requested repair. The repair guy came. He replaced 3 of the 4 screws by putting longer screws. However, he said he couldn’t access it directly so he put it at an angle & that too with a very different screw that is still sticking out at an angle. He also used different odd screws for the other 2. All he needed was to use an angled screw driver & right kind of screws. It is really a very shoddy job done on a beautiful piece of furniture. There is no option here to upload the photos otherwise you can see it for yourself how ugly it looks.

Our couch u shaped sectional is great. Super comfortable. Very well made. The whole family loves it. Abbyson customer service has been great. They actually answer the phone. We ordered a theee piece sectional. 2 pieces had damage from delivery that we discovered after unboxing. They sent 2 new ones and picked up old ones. Their service was superior.

We ordered the Santino outdoor living set and the outdoor dining set. To say it is stunning is an understatement. The teak construction is solid and sturdy. The furniture is beautifully crafted and extremely comfortable. The swivel rocking chairs are nice and deep. The Sunbrella fabric easy to clean and durable. Maria with customer service was fantastic to work with. As a designer, I highly recommend this collection!

Sales department was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be ordering furniture from Abbyson from here on out! The delivery company was very good and the guys who put the furniture together took care of it like it was their own.

We just received our second set of Abbyson sofas and are equally happy! We appreciate the quality combined with style that their couches offer. This time there was an initial issue with our order but their amazing customer support with Maria helped us to complete another order, we love it!

I purchased their sofa on Amazon which came with a year warranty, but less than a year later the material started visibly peeling off. When I contacted Abbyson, they acknowledged it was still under warranty and promised to repair it, but they did not respond to any of my attempted contacts for months. By the time I finally got through, they claimed the warranty was now expired so they could do nothing, even though I first notified them within the coverage period. Now Abbyson claims there is no record of my order after assuring me they stood by their product, so they seem to simply be evading responsibility. This extremely poor customer service, lack of communication, and outright dishonesty feel like I have been scammed into wasting my money on a worthless warranty from Abbyson. I caution anyone considering buying from them that you will likely receive no support.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the leather sofa ensemble I purchased from Abbeson Furniture. After only five years of ownership, the leather on the sofa, loveseat, and chaise lounge has peeled so badly that we can no longer sit on them without using some type of covering. The furniture is now completely unsuitable for our home.

When I reached out regarding this issue, I was told that excessive heat or sun exposure could cause this type of problem. However, none of our furniture is placed near windows or exposed to direct sunlight, and our home temperature is consistently kept at a comfortable setting. There is no environmental reason for this level of deterioration.

For the amount of money spent, I expected this furniture to last much longer. Five years of use should not leave a “leather” ensemble in such poor condition. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I would not recommend Abbeson Furniture to anyone seeking long-lasting quality.

Fantastic products and superior customer service! Service the way it should be but rarely see.

Very disappointed with the Abbyson warranty, customer service and quality of outdoor furniture covers. The furniture itself is fine (mid grade) outdoor furniture but avoid the overpriced covers no matter what (see below for a better, less expensive option) and then pray that your delivery goes well. Here is our story. We ordered an entire Santino outdoor set from Abbyson including a sectional sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, fire pit with 4 side chairs, and 2 side tables as well as the custom covers for everything. Ordering process was easy and the price was good. They shipped me double of the dining tables and chairs and after me calling them repeatedly they finally arranged to have the duplicates picked up 6 weeks later (they never even said thanks). The biggest issue we encountered was with the covers. After about 6 months they started falling apart. We contacted Abbyson and were basically told “too bad”. The covers fit well but they are horrible quality. I expect more from $2000+ furniture covers. For perspective, my last covers from coverstore lasted for more than 10 years, they were made well and cost less than 1/4 the price. I am now at a point where the abbyson covers are going to the trash to be replaced with coverstore.

My personal customer support person was the same person over a two week period as I made my final decision to purchase and then helped schedule a delivery. Maria was terrific!!!

Absolutely love the quality and design! I got the Santino Teak for my backyard, and it’s by far one of my best purchases. The solid construction and premium materials make it stand out, and the design is simply next level. So glad I chose Abbyson Home

Stylish Comfort Meets Sophisticated Durability

We couldn’t be happier with our new nubuck leather gray couches! The soft, velvety texture of the nubuck leather feels luxurious to the touch while offering a refined, matte look that adds elegance to our living space. The gray color is a perfect neutral!

Really poor quality furniture. Customer Service was totally unhelpful

I purchased the Avila Sectional in beige from Abbyson in February 2023. Scheduling the delivery was easy and prompt. I opted to set up the sectional myself and found the packaging to be top tier, and setup itself to be straightforward and seamless. I am grateful I opted for a sectional with stain resistance treatment on the fabric, as any spills I have had over the last two years have been easy to clean out right away, keeping my sectional looking good as new.

Customer service @ Abbyson is definitely 5 stars. We purchased a living room set and had some difficulties and ultimately it did not work out for us, but the warranty support we received was above and beyond. Maria was quick to respond and was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Abbyson because of their support after the purchase.
