If I could give a zero rating I would but I’m required to give at least one star. The company and customer service are all dishonest and this company is not to be trusted. I purchased an item under the company’s assurance that the product I ordered was in stock and would be shipped within 1-3 business days. A tracking number was created the day after the on line purchase and then it sat in a warehouse in Georgia for five days. After numerous calls to the company on the status and having to wait several hour to speak to a manager, they assured me the product would go out today and they also informed me that they were in touch with the warehouse manager who reportedly stated it would ship today. I checked the status after business hours this evening and the tracking information still shows the product remains in the Georgia warehouse and was never picked up. They are dishonest, they lack all integrity, and I will never order from this “company” again. Buyer beware, if you order from them you do so at your own risk.

Quality product, good price, packaging was excellent and delivery quick.

Bought 2 end tables and a coffee table. bOTH end table were very defective in workmanship…made in China for Pennie’s on the dollar and overpriced to we the people!! This company was a very poor choice and we will never make this huge mistake again. DO NOT buy here!!

Very easy to place the order quick shipping time I needed an adjustment on the price. They did it immediately very pleased with the chair and the service.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but this was such a great experience. low price compared to other sellers and incredibly fast shipping. would buy from again!

First time buyer. Your shipping agent is a disaster. Automated system messed up. took 2 days of back and forth efforts to get in contact, oh the automated system not working, they said. I would be put on hold only to be disconnected 10 minutes later. Now its gonna be 3 weeks before the set arrives. That makes a total of 4 weeks since the order date. Not what your website states! I hope the furniture is not damaged. Never again.

It was pretty good but there was a lack in communication about shipping. Also, the table has 2 chips on the base of the pedestal on the very bottom, but my husband says he can probably fix it. I love the table so I’m keeping it. I’m going to try and contact the company about sending some touch up paint.

My order came just a couple of days after ordering and was extremely well packed and delivered in perfect condition. I don’t often buy furniture online but really wanted this piece and was extremely satisfied to see it shipped so well. Thank you!

We were surprised that they still had chairs after 10 years. It was easy to shop on the website. They came quicker than expected and we are happy with the results. They have made some improvements to them and we noticed!

Originally i thought the order was going to be back ordered un October.After calling the Manufacture and then AFA everything got changed and product became available and is being scheduled for shipping in the next 3-4 days.

You want a review and I haven't received the product I ordered. Nor do I have an expected arrival date. So I'm giving a bad review.

The bookshelves arrived earlier than expected and the store kept me updated on the tracking.
The bookshelves look exactly like they look in the ads.
Set up - a breeze! Mostly because I hired a guy who owns tools to do it! It took him about an hour and a half to put two of them together and they look great - like West Elm at a Costco price.

Easy website to find and order what you’re looking for.

FRAUD. They advertise a price online, you purchase the item, they then cancel the order claiming you cancelled the order, then they offer to re-order it for you at a much higher price than advertised. If you ask to speak to a manager, none are available. If you try to get the names of the customer service representatives they refuse to provide their names.
