We are a large community hall in the Ribble Valley which offers a venue with good facilities catering for events ranging from children's birthdays to three day wedding bookings. Our bar glass washer has been playing up and we called ABC Direct of Great Harwood. 24 hours after our initial enquiry, Lee the engineer came out to examine the situation. Not only was the problem identified and fixed, but I was also able to have a better understanding of the washer system, best practise and best hygiene procedures. My understanding of the processes will be written up and shared with the bar staff team. Lee also invited further contact for any future issues just by making a 'phone call direct to him. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend the company and staff to other commercial businesses.

Ordered cocktail shakers at start of October, having received dpd tracking info and photo, having still not received my order, I noticed Dpd photo showed delivery postcode St5 0SR when I stated it should be ST15 0SR. Having contacted dpd I was told to ring abc. Spoke to Matthew at abc who was completely useless, took no responsibility and said he’s waiting for dpd to resolve. 20 days later still no goods, and out of pocket by £100. Unless they resolve in the next week, I will have to start court proceedings to recover my money, not the way I envisaged when I placed my order. 😢
