I bougut Air quality monitor they never sent and don't respond to emails. I had to open a complaint with Paypal.
Site absolutely to avoid !!!
Scammers!!!

Bought a temperature data logger and it did not work.
Company will not respond regarding a refund

Product isn't bad, i don't think, but customer service is terrible. They don't know their own products at all . A bit like talking to currys employees . That's my exchange with them:

Warning

The formaldehyde sensor has unique property. To ensure the detector accuracy, make sure it is placed in an outdoor ventilating environment for no less than 6 hours after used for the first time or stored for a long time"

Does it have to be placed outdoor and running, or should it be switched off?

Yes we suggest you comply with the user manual.

We purchased a temperature logger from elitecheu.com, but we have never received the items. We could not resolve the problem with their after sales, we could not reach them by phone either, and we have not been able to receive a VAT invoice.
