Hello Mick,

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review for the ABIA.

Having been restructured for the last three years we have no recollection of having dealt with yourself at any time, so would like to know exactly whom you have dealt with and are referring to as 'not reliable or honest'.

If your experience relates to an agency then we would request you to leave a review specifically for the agency rather than the Association of British Introduction Agencies.

We did request your contact information through Trustpilot but you have not response to the request hence we cannot confirm the authenticity of your review.

Leaving false reviews can be misleading to the public and whilst Trustpilot cannot understand the facts we have put forward to them, we have been assisting many individuals over the years.

Very few, if any, will leave a review, due to the discrete manner of the industry that we are in.

Dear Ben,

Thank you for your review. As per the exchange of some emails in 2022/3 the earlier situation was all explained. The ABIA was restructured back in 2020 and all your communications since then were addressed in a timely manner as we now do continue to do.

As such, we hope you may review your initial review and update accordingly.
