Ability installed a new Worcester greenstar 4000 boiler in my home. Turned up promptly on agreed start day.Both engineers were polite,amiable efficient and hard working. Only stopped for a deserved lunch break.All floor work areas were dust sheet covered and all rubbish cleared at end of job. Explained fully how to work boiler and Thermostat controls. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Ability Ltd. From initial job estimate to completion all the staff were informative and friendly.

Called Ability this morning as my LPG boiler stopped firing up. Everyone super busy as the T Wells water crisis has caused innumerable problems. But they sent an engineer this afternoon and thankfully the boiler is now functioning again. Glynn also serviced the boiler and made sure all was well before he left. A credit to any work force and, luckily for me, Ability's. Huge thank you too to whoever answered my call this morning. Professional but sincere. I am a very happy 72 year old this evening. Looking forward to a lovely hot shower before bed.
Highly recommend this company and I do not give praise lightly. I come from a generation that firmly believes it has to be earned.

Excellent quick response to a boiler breakdown. Good communication and first class engineer who found the cause quickly, ordered the necessary replacement parts and had the boiler working in the shortest time.

Central heating problem, requiring full drain and power flush. Ability were able to attend within 24 hours, Tom was able to quickly diagnose the issue and the job was booked in and completed within a few days, Engineer Mark worked for most of the day, in good humour, and was knowledgable and tidy. All working well and in accordance with the quote. Thanks. Will continue to use the company.

the engineer came in the afternoon of Thursday with
his tools laid his sheets down and took the gas fire apart after he checked every part when he was satisfied he tested the air with smoke stick then he replaced the parts the starter which i had engaged and got it stuck was all checked and ok

Quick and polite response. An engineer was found who would add me to a list of visits for the day which was apparently already full. Engineer was polite, helpful and speedy and gave good advice on fixing any problem which might arise in the future.

From my initial call to the office, when I was assisted by the inimitable Elaine to Brett coming to my apartment to sort out the issue, the entire experience was fantastic - professional, friendly and simply 5 star. I am so happy that I have found my definite "go to" team for anything plumbing or electrical. Well done and thanks Ability!

Ability quoted for 3 pieces of electrical work, connection of a water feature using existing wiring, replacement of 2 outside lights and the installation of a new electrical socket in our Utility Room. The work was carried out by Brett to a very high level. He was extremely polite, helpful, pro-active and also engaging to talk to. Thank you.

We called ability late in the day after a few boiler issues and the call was answered very quickly. It was after 5.15 as well. We were booked in and attended to over two visits with amazing attention to detail and quickly.
A good time to book when out of season.
Our fitter Chris also took his shoes off without having to be asked. This is very important to us.
Very polite and tidy.

We contacted Ability to isolate a broken radiator which was leaking water everywhere; they came out within an hour (NB it was a weekday morning) and I was really impressed with not only the speed of response but also the quality of the work. I booked in to have that radiator plus 2 others changed; the engineer was here all day and did a fantastic job, very clean, tidy and efficient. The price was reasonable as well. Overall very satisfied and cannot recommend Ability highly enough.

Dan installed a replacement shower unit for us yesterday and was very efficient, polite and helpful. The shower works well, the bathroom was left clean and the price was as quoted. Ability is our preferred plumber now as the service is always very good.

Ability certainly have the ability to fix and solve your problems. Dan removed a hefty glass screen and replaced it with a new one, his workmanship was impeccable, he was courteous and left the bathroom in pristine condition. He is an asset to Ability.

Called re plumbing emergency. Engineer attended same day within hours. Resolved water leak under sink and explained the problem. Was polite and efficient. Will use again. Could be less expensive.

Prompt response and appointment, as always. Pleasant and accommodating on the phone. Plumbers are always prompt, personable and professional. Price exactly as quoted and issue explained perfectly by Dan (plumber who visited site). Can’t fault them

If you want an unhelpful inflexible money driven company Ability is the one for you.
The staff on the phone are incredibly unhelpful and border on rude.

This is the fourth or fifth time I have used Ability and each time the service is consistently good from the booking in to the actual job itself , today was a anual service and was carried out by Chris there main oil boiler engineer who is reliable and trustworthy he’s also very good at his job . All in all I’m a very satisfied customer .
