We have been impressed with the service from Russell who has installed a new charger , consumer units and fixed a number of pre existing electrical snagging issues . I had an issue connecting vehicle to the charger. I called the support line and after a short hold was connected to Phil. Phil helped me to troubleshoot the possible issues until I was able to connect to the charger. I was getting frustrated and starting to panic. I really appreciated Phil staying on the line until my car was successful charging. Thanks Phil. Great job.

Great experience with Easy EV Charge Points. Excellent advice about which charger and where/how best to locate it. Lovely neat installation and after install support, all from a local company built on their reputation. Worked out cheaper than all the main suppliers for a better product, service and no long wait for an installation slot. Couldn't fault them at all and would highly recommend using them.

It was particularly important that my installation had a survey prior to the work commencing. Russell attended very promptly and we were able to discuss the various installation options before selecting the best solution to integrate with my existing solar/batteries. The install was very efficient and of high quality. There were no surprises.

Contacted Easy EV for a quote after finding out that Octopus had a 12-16 week lead time, and fortunately Russell came back with a competitive price and far quicker installation date. Communications were quick, and after the date was agreed, Russell arrived promptly as stated to install our Zappi charger. The whole process was smooth, and he was very professional throughout, often explaining how it all worked. We are super happy with our installation, and would highly recommend Easy EV to everybody. Easy to get hold of, via prompt response to request for a quotation. Turned up next day to survey location for work, and produced a quotation within 48 hours from initial request. Price was competitive. Work undertaken the following week.
Work was done neatly, with no mess and within time frame agreed.
Device has worked perfectly from the off, all in a very good experience.
