My experience with Gus at Abingdon Fine Wines has been excellent from start to finish. Modifying my order was quick and effortless, and although one case required a four month wait while it shipped from the château and got processed, Gus consistently provided clear updates or promptly obtained the latest information whenever I asked. His service feels truly personal, he actively learns your preferences and offers thoughtful, tailored suggestions that add real value when selecting future fine wine purchases. I highly recommended and will not hesitate in buying again from him, I just need to reduce my personal stock levels to make space for them.
