Very quick and easy service, thorough and comprehensive survey.

Really impressed with the service from start to finish. They came out very quickly after providing the quote, which was also very reasonable. The survey was thorough and the follow-up phone call to talk through my concerns was really helpful and appreciated. They potentially saved me from making a very costly mistake with the property purchase, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future. Thanks Dean!

We booked a level 2 homebuyers survey with Able Surveyors. They were very responsive and efficient, with the survey booked in within a week of requesting it, and the report returned within a couple of working days. The report was clear and thorough and our surveyor, Ross, answered our questions quickly and helpfully. This was a very pleasant experience for us as first time buyers

Used Able Surveyors to undertake a Level 3 survey on a house. The booking process was really easy and quick, communication was very timely, my questions were answered before the survey and then the report came back very quickly.

The report is very comprehensive and sets out any issues clearly. I didn't have any questions after receiving the report.

We recently had a level 2 homebuyers survey done with Able. As first time buyers the whole survey process seemed a bit daunting, but it couldn’t have been easier with Able. Their quote was reasonable vs others we received and it was easy to pay/book the survey. Everything was sorted with our estate agents with no hassle and we had a detailed, clear report less than a week later! Couldn’t recommend Able more.

We are first time buyers so as can imagine we weren’t entirely sure who was best to go to as there are so many company’s out there. From the initial enquiry to quoting stage to finish the entire service has been immaculate and seamless. Within two days they had attended to carry out our survey and sent the report the following morning. The surveyor Dean who attended provided an extremely detailed report which is exactly what we needed. If you want a friendly, fast and reliable service I would highly recommend Able Surveyors !

I can strongly recommend Ablesurveyors and Jack Sullivan in particular. The company were very accommodating with extending their initial quote despite significant delays during the conveyancing process, and once the survey had been carried out Jack sent across the report very quickly. I Ordered a Level 2 survey and it was 3 working days from first contact to receiving the report. The team were really efficient and the customer service was great! The report was really detailed and easy to understand. In addition, we received a headline survey report on the same day as the survey which was really helpful. Would highly recommend if you are after an efficient but thorough service at a very competitive price

Really pleased with the service provided by Abel and our surveyor Ross Magee. I called the Able office to seek some advice prior to booking and the customer service experience was exceptional. That gave me the confidence to book and I'm glad I did. Survey was booked that week and the report returned the following morning. It was incredibly detailed and I appreciated the quantity of photos taken too. Able provided a quote for a L3 survey on my 100 year old home that was significantly below the many others I received. After speaking to their customer service team and now received the finished product I see no reason why anyone should go anywhere else.
