Ableworld - Bridgend レビュー 

Went into the Bridgend store where I was met by Adam and James. Great guys, approachable and easy to talk to. No pressure sales, I knew roughly what I wanted and came away with a purchase for a pavement scooter, the Apollo Life Boot Scooter.

Handicare fitted a stairlift for mum but sadly out of guarantee did not want to know unless I took out a service contract.
I rang Ablemobility in Bridgend, they sent out Daniel 2 hours later. Daniel had to replace badly leaking batteries, he serviced and cleaned the outer of the stairlift all at a very reasonable cost.
Daniel is a credit and great advert for the team, he even made mum laugh and as she was worried about her lifeline chair was a task in itself.
Thank you Daniel and Ablemobility who in this world of companies are a shining beacon.

I took my elderly Mum into Ableworld Bridgend this morning and received an amazing service from Adam and Becki. They're both very knowledgeable about the products they sell and spent time explaining the pros and cons of the different mobility scooter models. They gave demonstrations on the folding mechanisms and allowed my Mum to try to lift it in and out of the boot of our car. A fantastic experience; thank you both very very much.

It goes without saying that everyone's mobility limitation is individual to them and over the past 4 years the team members at Bridgend have always gone the extra mile to match my needs to the products available - from knives & forks through to 3 electric scooters. But it's their outstanding aftercare service that means so much more when it comes to needing something to help me with questions and getting things fixed. I always look first to my local Ableworld Team because of their helpful attitude.

Peter and Adam gave me such service, friendly , with great patience and product knowledge it enabled me to buy my motorised scooter which I am very pleased with!

We went to Ableworld Bridgend,looking at scooters for my wife who unfortunately had a stroke. We were met by Adam and his colleagues at the front door of the shop, with the best genuine welcome you could wish for.
Adam did the introduction too the different types of viecles that were available.
His shop manner, made us feel at ease and important. His explanation of the different types of viecles which he thought would suit Sheila was thorough, and didn't sell for his profit or benefit. He went out of his way to get the best scooter which would suit our hilly area,bringing up maps on his phone explaining how steep the hills were and a scooter which could cope with the hills. We purchased a scooter,
a ATOM FOLD. It has proved to be a excellent decision, as it folds into our car boot superbly, it copes with the steepest hills, so all in all a very good buy obviously recommended by Adam.
We were extremely impressed with the way we were treated, Adams jovial nature and impressive knowledge of all available in the store. Sorry we are late doing the review, but we have changed our phone and have had problems.

Andrew in the Bridgend store was really helpful. He was friendly, informative, patient and extremely approachable. As a first time scooter purchaser, he made my experience much easier. Would recommend both the store and Andrew as someone to approach in the future.

I bought a stairlift off ableworld in January 2024 and it worked ok until the beginning of October when it broke down a engineer came out to fix it next day it broke down again a engineer came to fix it he was not very helpful and told me that it was my fault that it was broke down because I went down too far on it and I had to pay £70 even though it was covered by warranty I thought this was wrong and asked him if I could have a bill Whitch I received a few days later then I was told it was a mistake and I dident have to pay however the stairlift broke down again a. Engineer buy the name of mark came and did the job he explained that it was a problem that did not happen very often so they were looking for it but good old mark found it and orders a new part and a few days later he fitted it in no time I now have the best stairlift in the Rhondda thanks to mark he sorted things out and what a nice pleasant man he is so what I say is if you have a problem with something you bought of ableworld don’t be cross be patient and they will sort it out fair play and if you are lucky you might get mark to come and do the repair thank you r lloyd

Further to my review yesterday regarding my father well he's had his stairlift in now since January and this morning it's broke down again the 3rd time in one week this is so very stressful for my dad as he's nearly 80 and he's in constant pain with his legs and hips so he doesn't need all this extra stress. Please Please please avoid this company.

Nice sturdy walker, fantastic price and very fast delivery

Right from the start James of Bridgend Ableworld was very professional and polite. Nothing was too much bother and we ordered the chair. Rebecca is so helpful and friendly she is like a bottle of pop. The 2 engineers both named Chris were just brilliant. The whole installation their positive attitude to their work, politeness and professional ethic was just outstanding. Thank you Ableworld all the Brethren using Pontypool Masonic Centre are over the moon.

The helpfulness and friendly attitude of staff was brilliant explained various scooters in detail ease + safety was a very pleasant experience. Not like unfriendly attitude in Cardiff showroom 2 days before. I give them in Bridgend a great big THANK YOU sorry forgot to mention names of very helpful Sales staff Andrew, Bet + Yana

Both Rebecca and Andrew were extremely kind and helpful. I was very upset to suddenly realise my limits but Rebecca put me at my ease and showed great compassion and understanding.

Ableworld staff were extremely helpful above and beyond expectations,
.The service was first class, ordered on time and delivered before said time they were very helpful throughout the whole process of materials, size & suitability for my husband.

Due to mum being immobile I arranged with the Bridgend branch for a home demo on the Go-Chair. Engineer Richard arrived with the chair and was so patient with mum when she was trying out the controls, Richard made her feel at ease and spent time explaining and demonstrating the chair. Thank you Richard. Order placed

From a warm welcome into the Bridgend shop to a cheery goodbye, our experience in Ableworld was very positive. We accompanied mum who was looking to purchase a mobility scooter. Adam, the sales person was fantastic in offering advice, pros and cons of different models and encouragement to mum whilst she had a trial ‘drive’ around the shop. Once purchased, Adam again went through the Insurance and warranty cover and made sure mum was happy with the accompanying paperwork. The top class service continued once we were home, receiving a telephone call letting us know that the scooter would be delivered within 30 minutes and then accepting delivery from another very helpful employer! Truly fantastic service all round - highly recommended.

Very reluctantly my husband agreed to visit Ableworld to “look at” a scooter, we had actually seen in local newspaper advert. We had a cheery greeting from Andrew. I told him what we were looking for and he was really helpful and suggested hubby tried it out, showing how it worked etc. whilst test driving, Andrew chatted to me, I explained the position we were in and the reasons why scooter was needed. He was very understanding of my husbands reluctance to give in to his needs, explaining the benefits we could gain whilst definitely not pressure selling at all. We spent quite some time in the store nobody was rushing us. Hubby did agree to purchase the scooter (to my great relief) and after the paperwork was completed payment made, he rode the scooter out of the shop. We went around the town centre had lunch and returned to the car park where I had a little trouble dismantling scooter to go in boot.I popped back into the store to ask Andrew exactly how to do it again and as the car park was only across the road he came to show us how it’s done, such excellent service. We will 100% use this store for the future. Also give a mention to Adam and the 2 friendly ladies (staff) who also are a credit to the company as well. What a joy to purchase something without any pressure with understanding and friendliness.

All I can say is thank you from me and my family for impeccable service and care whilst sorting out my mothers stair lift. Rebecca at the store is truly brilliant and communicated everything really clearly and provided a multitude of options and was super friendly and helpful. Craig who fitted the stair lift was amazing with my parents and made them feel comfortable and at ease, as they can be quite nervous along with him taking time to show them the workings of the lift. The fitting is second to none. Overall I highly recommend ableworld mobility to anyone.

Had issues with items purchased fro the Bridgend store, we where being g told different information every time we went in. On our last Visit we were Met by Adam who knew of our issues and this young man has dealt with our issues with a friendly,polite and expertise that has gone beyond. Yesterday our issues were solved to our satisfaction, this was achieved thanks to Adam and his dogged determination to give the customer the service a d satisfaction they should experience. Call in to see him you will not be dissapointed nothing to much trouble for him and his staff.
