Stuart at the Gloucester store was fantastic he knew what was our needs were and advised us correctly, polite friendly reassuring and happy.
Confidently we purchased products for the father in law. And also will purchase a stair lift.
Massive hot day. Air con was on, a delight helping us to allow more time to purchase.

we recently visited Ableworld Gloucester to enquire about a mobility chair and were welcomed by Michelle who had only worked there for a week. Because of her lack of experience she called a senior member of staff who could fill her in with details we needed so she learned on the job. She managed to successfully finalise our purchase once we settled on a particular model. Well done Michelle!

We were served by Stuart at Gloucester shop, who was extremely helpful and knowledgable both times we went in to ask for info and advice on electric road scooter. He gave us his time without reserve even though he was clearly very busy and never did we feel under pressure. We had two demonstrations and chance to try out scooters - one at the shop and one brought to our home. On both occasions I was able to try the scooter, which we then decided to purchase - the Athena scooter, which was on a good deal in the sale, with a free bag. Stuart thought ahead by bringing the bag out for the demonstration incase we did want the scooter. We were delighted to be able to keep the scooter there and then and not to have to wait for one to be delivered. Thanks very much to Stuart and to Gloucester AbleWorld branch.

I required a mobility scooter, but only had a vague idea of what i wanted.
The customer service was so helpful and friendly. Pointing out the "do's & don'ts", to ensure I made the correct decision for my needs and affordability.
I was encouraged to learn in the shop and given another demonstration when it was delivered.
Staff couldn't have been more helpful? I wasn't looking forward to the experience, but the staff put me at my ease.

Had a stairlift fitted in record time, assessment and fitted in three days. Cannot fault the customer service from everyone. Thankyou to Sam for making the whole experience so easy. So very grateful.

I can't stress enough how helpful Bridget and Stuart were.
They gave me some great advice on my first second hand scooter. Even checked the battery and charger for free... Putting my mind at rest.
I won't hesitate to go back to them when I need a little more help and service in the future.

Once again I write to say how deplorable ableworld is in their treatment of their customers. We waited 8 weeks to have a key housing changed. The scooter was sold with the proviso that the repair was done before taking possession of the scooter. When the seller and I went in to ableworld they were very disrespectful and rude. The seller told ableworld that they had his permission to speak to me but they refused point blank just as they had refused to acknowledge the LPA given to them on the first day there. They are rude, abusive and tell lies. A company to avoid at all costs. I have deliberately written ableworld with a small ''a'' to indicate my disgust with that company. I would do without a scooter if ableworld were the only company that could help me. They have low standards eg. A 60/69% battery charging rate is acceptable to them when other companies expect an 80%+ standard. There are other mobility companies out there that are first class so dont settle for a sub-standard company. They get zero stars.

Visited the Gloucester store and dealt with Stuart. Really knowledgeable and friendly and I didn't feel rushed at all. He went through everything with me and made sure I was familiar with all the workings and the taking apart and reassembly did the car transport. Great company to deal with

Would definitely recommend Ableworld. Stuart was great. Gave great advice and spent time, most importantly there was no pressure.

Wow what a service from Andy in Ableworld Gloucester. The minute we stepped in the door he was so helpful , demonstrating and showing to us the rise and recline chairs available . No pushy sales at all and so much patience with my mum also.
Chair was delivered quickly also which was an unexpected bonus and Andy himself came with another collègue to deliver it which was great for continuity.
Thank you for making the process to easy and pleasurable as it could be .
I wouldn’t go any where else and would really recommend this business .

Thank you especially to Andrew, Store Manager. I needed my scooter soonest, Ordered on a Saturday and was delivered on Tuesday morning. Stuart put it together very promptly and in less than an hour I left the store, being one very happy and satisfied customer

I had problem with a folding scooter I'd bought..called into the Gloucester Branch Longsmith St....they were extremely helpful..it seemed my key needed new battery....Stuart was extremely helpful..

Visited the Ableworld store in Gloucester & was greeted & assisted by a lovely lady named Bridget.
We asked about a boot style scooter capable over uneven & grassy ground, but light & easy to transport in the boot of a car with as long as possible battery range.
Bridget was very helpful & knowledgeable on the scooters & recommended an Apex Aluma-Lite Boot Scooter which seemed to be a good option. She demonstrated the scooter to use & dismantle for transporting & let both my wife & myself try the scooter for ourselves.
We were very impressed & are now seriously considering purchasing the scooter.

We had a terrific experience today at Ableworld Gloucester. The guy (Stuart?) was genuinely kind and helpful and really knowledgeable. We not only easily got kitted out with a super self-propel wheelchair for my teenage daughter, but were able to discuss other mobility aids such as scooters and electric chairs. What a great combination, an open-hearted member of staff who knew his stuff and had the time to be genuinely helpful. Thank you and well done.
