Great communicators and prompt response to any questions that I had.

We recently engaged ABN Australia to assist with appointing a nominee resident director for our Australian company, and the overall experience was smooth and professional.

The ABN team guided us well through the requirements and necessary documents. As we are an overseas business that have business in multiple jurisdictions, having a service provider that understands the regulatory requirements and the practical nuance of cross-border coordination makes a big difference.

Huge thanks to Mr. Richard Chatten and Ms. Angela Senora, they were very hepful throughout the entire engagement. They were patient in answering our questions, super responsive in their communication, and ensured the appointment was properly lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. The whole process was well organised and we always knew what the next step was thanks to them.

We really appreciated the clear explanation of their compliance monitoring, and they gave us good confidence that the arrangement will be structured and compliant over time.

If I could give a 0 star or negative star review for this fraudulant and useless firm I would. We have been fighting this useless POS firm who has scammed us out of almost $8000.00 for fees to file for annual tax filings and didn't provide the service and refuses to provide a refund. They also have cost my company money and put us in financial jeopardy by not fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities to our international company. There are too many issues to cover which I plan to do over multiple reviews. Beware of this company and avoid them. They charge exorbantant fees and provide terrible service with little to no availability to resolve on a phone call without additional fees even when issues are caused by them not performing to their obligations that were agreed to. DO NOT USE ABN AUSTRALIA. They are a giant SCAM!

It is easy to apply, and I got personalized replies to my application. Additionally, I was questioned about my transaction due to concerns about fraudulent activity. It was a good thing that they questioned me.

After initially being very responsive, I'm struggling to get a response. I've now been waiting over a week for a response re: my GST registration and this could potentially cost me significantly if I can't reclaim the GST amount. I paid in advance for the service and initially had a positive experience but I am now having to look for an alternative provider and will also have to try and reclaim the money invested.
this matter has been picked up and prioritised and I had a good call with the support team - apparently it was a busy part of the season. This is a company that clearly cares about its reputation and building a strong brand in the market and the team members I spoke to were friendly, informative and very helpful.
