I was apprehensive when I first came across about timepieces as they appeared to be a fairly new company... I had no reason to be!! Gavin was and is a fantastic person to deal with, always available on the phone and always willing to offer his advice and services whenever I had a query. He has gone out of his way to help me on more than one occasion when he had nothing to gain by doing so, I would make a purchase from about timepieces again in a heartbeat.

Gavin was exceedingly helpful in finding a beautiful piece for me. He went above and beyond and sourced a brand he doesn’t normally carry and worked through all of that hassle just to get it into my hands. I can’t recommend Gavin and About Timepieces enough.

Staff very knowledgable of timepieces. Also communicates very efficiently with customer to ensure they understand the timepiece and the complex process of international shipping. Will try and help you at every corner.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Dealing remotely has never been more smooth. Outstanding (I'd say the best I've ever experienced) communication speed and detail via Gavin. The watch is even more spectacular than I expected - a huge plus considering About Timepieces designed it themselves! Couldn't recommend them more and am looking forward to a relationship that will last for decades. Well done team.
