The product is beautiful. It is like a piece of jewellery. A nice balance, between masculine and feminine. Meaning the choice of medium, being a metal ( is the masculine) and the finish in gold and the stone brings the feminine touch, nicely to the piece. Incidentally, it is easy to clean and a good size that you can travel with, discretely. This piece comes, in a small black velvet pouch, which is perfect. Just makes the piece, that much more special.
Delivery was discrete and super efficient.

Store is good . But same day courier is pathetic. Instead of coming in 2 hours or 3 whatever. He came 9 hours after order placed. Its normal about it recieved delivery 8£ back. Its about pleasure on time.

Toy wasnt suction like stated. They dont have many products so was hard to spend the voucher I bought. Delivery was quick, but other stores have better choices

Zero customer service - avoid!
When I sent it back within a few days asking for a refund as it was too big for my ear, they never replied. Eventually I had to get my credit card company to get my money back. Beware!
