Overall knowledgeable, friendly, and competent folks. Constructive criticism would be after the intro call with Wallis, would have been better to get a verbal heads up that she wouldn’t be lead client contact moving forward. Otherwise a great experience, good insurance rate and got assisted through a complex process with a great outcome.

Getting life and LTD insurance is...not fun. Wallis and her team did an incredible job of pestering us when we needed to be pestered, explaining everything in as much or as little detail as we wanted, and really putting the time in to get this done in a way that worked for us. I don't remember the last time I wrote a review of something like this, but i felt the need to sing her praises!

I believe the team truly does have my best interest based on their questions for me and their responsiveness. They also went to bat for me when an insurance policy tried to lowball my life insurance value without my even having to intervene. Their initiative to advocate for me and their principles driving that initiative are why I recommend working with them without hesitation.
