Vincent absolutely saved our holiday! We were running late due to horrendous traffic and unfortunately pulled into the wrong car park, ABParking.
Vincent was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, making sure we didn’t miss our embarkation. His help and kindness took a huge amount of stress away from what was already a very stressful situation.
Thank you so much, Vincent, for your excellent customer service and for helping us get our holiday off to a great start. You are a credit to the company!

The only good thing about our experience was the closeness to the ship to the car park. When we disembarked from the ship it was utter chaos. It took over 1.5 hours to exit the car park. It became a free for all and if you were on the wrong side of the car park then it was disaster. No sign of anybody from ABP and when you phoned the number they were closed. I got charged £148 for this disorgansied mess

I had to cancel due to my standard car length being slightly too long, then I called for a refund over 2 months ago, still not recieved, thinking this is firm is non-legit and out of pocket!!

Excellent Service. Easy to book. Permit easy to print beforehand. Arrived at secure gate and when in the area, many staff to guide you to ordered parking. Left car for two weeks whilst cruising. No problems with car upon return and easy out with staff again at every turn. Right next door to cruise terminal. No fuss. It works. Will use them again happily.

Faultless service nothing more I can say :-)
