Second time using the service and can’t fault it. We had a change in circumstances and they adjusted our booking simply without question.

Wow superb. First time used and will switch to them for future requirements. You are met at Terminal in short term parking area where your car is collected by a very friendly and helpful person. You bypass all the cars queuing to be collected and there is no wait whatever time with reason you arrive. Take your luggage and your holiday has begun. On return basically all in reverse. So easy highly recommend and as have said will switch to them. Awarding 5 🌟 was easy.

Booked meet & greet parking with Azure as I am disabled and was traveling with my 96 year old mother who is in a wheelchair . Were given an arrival time 11:30, I attempted to call Azure as instructed 30 minutes prior to arrival and left an answer phone message to say we were 30 minutes away. When we arrived at the port we had to drive to the far side of the short term car park, where we parked in a bay and along with many other customers were waiting for a member of staff to check in our cars and give instructions. There was only 1 man working from his car and trying to book everyone in. There was nobody to help me & my mother to get to the ship with our 5 cases. It was an absolute nightmare. There was no organization it was totally chaotic. The weather was windy and cold, my poor mother was so cold sat for an hour in her wheelchair waiting for the car to be received. People who arrived after us were being checked in before us. This was certainly not a meet and greet service. I have never experienced anything like it in my previous cruises and was very disappointed. I will never use this service again and would NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutely smooth from dropping off to picking up . Makes such a difference to your holiday . Will definitely be booking again .

So convenient drop the car just facing the ship. Helpful stay check over the car and you are on your way. Easy instructions. Car waiting when you disembark. Couldn’t be easier. Have used before and will definitely use again.

Spoke to Sab a few times he was patient and so organised, explained exactly where to meet and the whole process. Gay met us with our car for the journey home again so smooth, pick up and drop off at the blue flag you can’t miss it. Will definitely book with them again. Thanks

Our cruise parking experience was very smooth and effortless. We were collected and dealt with by polite staff, and timings were prompt and vehicle safely parked.
We are delighted to use their services any time.

Seamless parking operation and great staff

Arrived at the ocean terminal, dropped off the luggage and my passengers with the usual arrival melee. Then drove around to the Azure meeting point where the handover was efficiently completed in a short time. The pick up was also efficiently completed in quick time. The only observation concerns where the care was parked. The outside of the car had some leafy residue and the Azure driver had deposited lots of leaves in the driver’s footwell. Apart from that the service and price was all good and with the generous discount I will use again when we set sail from Southampton.

Absolutely faultless from the second we arrived to the moment we wanted to go home! I honestly can’t believe how quick, easy and painless it was dropping our car off and getting it again at the end of the holiday. The guy who met us both times was lovely, friendly, personable and very easy to find. Would absolutely book with these again next time we cruise

Used Cruise Azure parking a few times now and the service is faultless and efficient. The cars always been waiting for me when we've got off the ship and it's stored only a few miles away.

I will be booking with them again shortly for my next cruise.

We have used azure parking many times now and cannot recommend them enough. Always parked right next to port and we always seem to be the first car away every time.
Staff lovely to

Really simple process. Dropped bags and husband in queue to board. Drove over to the adjacent car park where I was met by a really polite gentleman. He took the keys, gave me a receipt and I was back in queue with my husband in 5 mins. Would definitely recommend.
