All very well organised
The job was to replace a stop-cock which was behind a cupboard and not necessarily easily accessible. This made it difficult for them to provide an accurate quote for the work during the pandemic so they quoted me an hourly rate, which was reasonable. The work was done well, and it took less than an hour. The work was done very promptly. The whole process was very well organised. Thank you

Very professional support team and engineers. We had a couple of hiccups along the way but Adam was very prompt in ringing back and fixing the issues that cropped up. Great team and trustworthy.

AB Plumbing and Heating were excellent…
AB Plumbing and Heating were excellent while installing a new boiler for me. They were very thoughtful by wearing masks all day, making sure they did the neatest job with the least amount of "refiguring" of pipework etc. I would have no hesitation in using them again

Samantha is a customer service star. She went way beyond what she needed to do to sort out a problem that was not of the company's doing.

The most professional and impressive…
The most professional and impressive business I have experienced in a very long time. Right from the initial contact with Sam, who was very friendly, polite and thorough with her questions to understand the problem. Through to Craig and Lewis, who came to investigate the leak (which we’ve had for a considerable time because we couldn’t get anyone to look at it!) They located the problem and checked to make sure that it wasn’t coming from any other source. They even cleaned up after themselves....impressive!!
I have been able to recommend you to everyone, so thank you all very much.

We had a quooker tap fitted
Very professional from start to finish and did what they said they would do
I had an afternoon time slot and I was called a couple of days before to say it would be later in the time slot and the Plummer would call when he was on his way. This saved me waiting around and was a thoughtful gesture

I am very pleased with the work done
I am very pleased with the work done. My toilet cistern was leaking and although the plumber was booked in for the afternoon he phoned in the morning to say he could come then if convenient. He was very polite and clearly knew his job. I will definitely use this company again.
