I found Absolute Cleaning for an End of Tenancy clean.

I'd never heard them before but the good reviews on here convinced me to go with this company, out of the 5-10 quotes I received.

Kelvin did a superb job. I was really impressed with the quality of work, and I got my FULL deposit returned.

Really pleased with the end of tenancy clean Kelvin and his team did for us yesterday. The kitchen came up sparkling, and the carpets, which weren't grubby as such, but covered in white dog hairs, look and feel so much better.

Saw an ad on FB and scheduled a clean, had no contact in between as I needed to reschedule and had no way of contacting them. There was no confirmation of booking or anything do I assumed they were not coming. The morning of the appointment I was messaged at 10am to confirm they were coming at 11. I let them know that I needed to reschedule and was told it was too late to reschedule. I explained that I had no way of contacting the comas I didn’t have any confirmation and was booked through a FB add. The carpet cleaner said he was coming anyway. I informed him that he will not be let into my home so why would he still come. He said it’s too late and he will see me when he arrives to my home. Feeling threatened I informed him that the police will be contacted if I feel endangered.

A more professional approach would be to take a deposit and have a cancellation policy in place. Furthermore had he sent a confirmation email or text I would have been able to reschedule. Very disappointed and scared as a woman living f alone with kids I would not recommend this company.

Very friendly and efficient service. Geeza who turned up on the day was cheerful and polite. Worked very hard and completed exactly what was required. Would definitely use again and recommend.

These guys were amazing! Kelvin did an end of tenancy clean for us and honestly the place was spotless. We were blow away with the bathroom, and were gutted as we did a year with a shower that we could never get that clean. If only we’d got them in before!!!

The company did a fantastic job on an end of tenancy clean. They were cleaning the large house of my recently deceased father and it was in a bad way. After they had been, the house was spotless! They steam cleaned the carpets, which were in a dreadful state, and they were unrecognisable afterwards, amazing change! I cannot recommend Absolute Cleaning Solutions enough, from the first point of contact to job completion, they were brilliant.

Good communication and timely arrival on the day. Overall the flat was cleaned mostly well, with the oven, and bathroom looking like new. Majorly let down by the small details: hairs (potentially animal/pet) were left on 'wiped' skirting boards (we don't own any pets), obvious and easily cleaned marks not cleaned from the wall, and dust still present in areas like skirting boards.

Cleaners arrived on time, were very friendly, and did a great job -- no problems with my deposit!
