Poor quality and for the price it’s a rip off. No official labelling like advertised either and there is zero packaging/detailing which isn’t great if gifting. I would not recommend.

I purchased a groot 3 year old t-shirt for a birthday gift. It arrives and the wrong shirt has been sent. All I can get in response to getting the correct shirt sent by tomorrow is an automated chat bot on Amazon. The company say they will respond within 28 days and no response to my request for the correct shirt to be sent.

The company refunded me and said I could keep the shirt. Not that it is of much use now as I did not have a gift for the birthday party. I reordered the correct shirt from the same company to give to the little girl once it had arrive. They have sent the wrong shirt again and I now have two incorrect shirt and am trying to get refunded for this. A bunch of complete uneducated staff but they blame Amazon.

I ordered a black T-shirt with Daffy Duck and after about a month I received a completely different T-shirt, two sizes bigger, white, with a picture that is from a horror movie. What does it have in common with Daffy Duck? I will never order from them again.

Absolutely shocking tshirt quality. Please do not waste your money. The print was atrocious couldn't see any of the writing or the images. The quality of the shirt is also terrible. The primark tshirts for £1.50 are better than this trash. It was suppose to be a Birthday present. I've tried to contact the seller via email, amazon and phone and as usual no contact. Having read some of the other reviews on amazon Google and trust pilot you would be silly to buy from this seller. Ive also logged a complaint with trading standards. Dirty rotten cowboys.

Awful. Ordered a t-shirt at the end on January for my daughter’s birthday mid-February. Still have not received it and cannot get a response from anyone I contact about it.

Ordered a t-shirt for my niece for Christmas on November 23rd, 6th of January today and still no sign!! I Have contacted the seller via Amazon on numerous occasions and not a peep of a response, just a useless automated questionnaire!! Very disappointed!! Avoid! Avoid!

Today is the 5th January 2023. I order 2 shirts on the 19th December. Nothing came. The "tracking" number is untraceble. If I want a refund, I have to wait for the goods to arrive.

Every time I contact Fruugo or the Absolut Cult, they both keep making me questions they already have a answer for (like zip code) and delaying their own answers.

I feel they are just loosing my time and I am very unhappy with my purchase experience. Both with Fruugo and Absolut Cult.

Terrible experience. It was very good until the purchase were completed and the payment settled. After that, I on my own.

The "tracking"number is untraceble and what should have been a delievery within a couple of days is now over a couple of weeks with no delivery In sight and no explanations from no one.

Ordered a T-shirt via Fruugo, paid but never delivered. No money back. Never order here, very bad service.

Very poor quality. Instead of 80% cotton 20% polyester its 50%/50%, with no original labels, neck collar. Color of print is very weak, like after few washes. Fabric is absolutely not the finest as described. Disappointed and frustrated. Not recommending.

Ordered via Amazon. Delivered quickly. However, having looked at the size guide shown, I ordered the kids age 9-11 (L). The one I received was labelled L, but the measurements were those stated for age 5-6 (S). Having been very excited for its arrival, now have one very disappointed daughter.

I would give no stars if I can.

I ordered a 36 pound hoodie from Absolute Cult on the Fruugo website on 7th Dec 2021 as a Christmas present for a friend. I was told the item will take 2-3 weeks to arrive and "in time for Christmas". It is already 4 weeks, and already 2022 and I still haven't gotten the item yet.

I have tried to email this company, but their mailbox is full. Their instagram dm, website chat and phone number is unresponsive. Staff members take ages to reply on the communication portal on Fruugo website, they say they will answer within 48 hours, but nope, even minus-ing bank holidays, they still haven't replied to my refund request.

I will be leaving this country indefinitely in a week's time and I doubt it will arrive then. So I might have just paid 36 pounds for nothing.

Edit - okay, they offered me a refund before I leave UK on 8th Jan. So that's good. I give them more stars for being responsible.

Very poor. My order was supposed to arrive by the 21st and it 24th and still hasn't arrived. Won't be ordering off here anymore!!!

Fabulous service. Ordered Xmas jumpers from Zavvi. Promised for Xmas delivery. 10 days later not sent, had to chase, vague reply eventually, no promises. Found one from Absolute cult on Amazon, ordered, good communication, swift delivery (came next day). Very impressed. Top excellent quality. And on looking on website, massive range. Will definitely be returning...

Compré la camiseta "The Little Mermaid Waiting For The Weekend T-Shirt"a través de fruugo.es. En la descripción ponía que era un producto oficial de Disney y aparecían fotos con sus etiquetas. Al llegar hoy la camiseta, no solo no viene con esas etiquetas, sino que las etiquetas de tela vienen cortadas y la calidad es horrible y para nada como en la descripción. Quiero que se me devuelva el dinero porque esto no es lo que yo he comprado y la descripción de producto oficial es FALSA.

The quality of the items are fine but the sizing is all kind of weird. I ordered a sweatshirt size 5-6 years and it was smaller than the size year 7-8 and they do not corespond to how big a 5 or 7 year old. Am going to send back and refund.

Easy site to order from. Parcel arrived promptly.
