Academics are very helpful to candidates during recruitment and selection process of the company . Senior consultants ( Mr Daniel Wheeler ) are very professional and support the candidate to get successful in interviews with schools or colleges . In my case Mr Wheeler helped me to write CV , collect reference from employers and prepare for my ECT interview with school . Mr Webber spent lot of time to get me to work. It was an amazing experience where senior consultant Mr Wheeler Daniel provided tailored made CV writing support which made my success enhanced . for ibterviwe with schools . Academics recruit very high quality professionals and help them to be successful . Candidates have to have patience suiting recruitment process because of strict rules of compliance, safeguarding and on job training issues following by Academics HR and Compliance team but it does worth and helpful for candidates, and
Monetary rewards given to candidates are very high and reasonable ( depending on experience and qualifications) ( because recruitment process lead by senior consultant like Mr WheelerDaniel are great with good success ratio of candidates to procure new EXT jobs in schools . This excellent experience of assigned and assisted personal support during recruitment process in Academics is missing nowadays and no supply agency in the UK provides this kind of support and it makes Academics different from other agencies . Having said that professional recruitment process is a unique key factor of Academics so candidates keep patience and feel confident to be successful with Academics
