We had chartered three buses from midtown Manhattan to Yankee Stadium and return after a football game on 11/9. By contract, two buses were to depart the Stadium at 6:45 p.m. and one at 7:45 (to accommodate those attending a post-game party). As it turns out, all three buses departed at 6:45, stranding the 17 people at the post-game event. The driver of the third bus insisted that all three buses were contracted to depart at 6:45. I was able to protest to the dispatcher who found a 4th bus who arrived at 8:05 to take the remaining 9 pax back to NYC. The other 8 left by Ubers earlier. It seems like the issue was in how the timing was communicated to the dispatcher by the sales area or how the information was communicated by the dispatcher to the drivers. Either way it took 45 minutes of my time to negotiate with the dispatcher and inconvenienced my guests. On the positive note, the buses were quite nice. Richard Fiss

Just wanted to take a moment to Thank You and Academy Bus for another wonderful experience this past Sunday. The buses were early, both drivers were excellent and everything went as smooth as possible. When organizing 100people to go to an all day event, without a great experience from the start, which is getting there safe, comfortable and on time, once again you and the drivers made it easy to make this happen . The Jets won so it was a complete success !

We used Academy for a one way pickup from Atlanta airport to a destination in South Carolina mostly on the I-20 freeway. The price was great and setting up the contract was very straightforward. On arrival, the driver was waiting for us as planned and did a great job driving us safely to our destination. He also facilitated a great food stop en route for us as requested. The coach seemed to be almost new and very comfortable. All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend the Academy Charter Bus operation out of Atlanta.

This year I was very impressed. The coach was on time. Signage present. The coach looked very new and had rubbish bags on each seat. Driver was polite and helpful. The larger size coach was good.

Yesterday was our second trip using Academy and our driver, Leo. Both trips were perfect. Prompt arrival and departure, engaging driver, very accommodating to our older group. Highly recommended.
