The buses all were good and the driver's were great. We felt very safe and they got us to where we wanted to go quickly and efficiently. Thank you Academy

Academy bus has always been very attentive to our needs. The people in the office as well as the drivers have always been so pleasant. The buses are very clean and safe. I would recommend them to everyone.

We had a very nice bus, and nice competent driver.
Minor minuses: inability to plug in earphones when watching a movie on bus' monitors, and lack of drink-holders at each seat.

Before our am departure on 12/7/19, I privately asked our driver if he had driven to NYC in December on a Saturday knowing of the traffic and congestion and he said YES. Upon arrival to NYC, our designated departure time was 8:00 pm. He told passengers he would be there at 7:30 pm Many passengers were there at 7:30. Most arrived just before 8 but all of us (54) were there by 8:00 pm. The area we were waiting at- there was no place to sit/no place nearby to grab a coffee or like, it was very cold and there were 5 children with us. He had not arrived by 8:20 and a passenger called him. He replied he was stuck in traffic. I called at 8:35 and he was still 15 minutes away. He arrived at 8:40. We departed at 8:45 p.m. Passengers were pretty upset. Mind you- I know of the traffic and conditions in NYC in December on a Saturday. I know that is not the drivers fault. My complaint is: As he knew the area would be crowded and traffic is awful, (he said he was aware)...I asked him what time he left his destination and he said 7:00 pm. I told him he was way off with his estimated time of arrival and should have used better judgement on his time leaving to pick us up. He left at 7 pm and arrived at 8:40. That's our only complaint. The bus was fine. The ride from Meriden, CT to NYC was fine.

The trip was great, we went to Manhattan with three full buses. The three drivers we’re awesome and very polite. Everything went great, they were on time for the pickup in Braintree and in Manhattan. Vas Notas was great, he helped me tremendously putting this trip together for 170 people. He is a wonderful asset to your company. Vas went way out of his way calling me several times making sure we had everything set and if we need anything else from the company.
We deeply appreciate everything he did.

The 2 buses were on time and they were very attentive to our needs. As the trip coordinator, I was in touch with them from the start. They got us to our destination safe and on time. They conducted themselves professionally among the trip participants and were very respectful throughout. The buses were clean and well-maintained. I would definitely use Academy again - and hope to get the same drivers!

Wade Sams was extremely kind, courteous and helpful wry our senior citizens. It was his first time driving our group. Appreciated his kindness and skilled driving.

JR was wonderful! He had a great personality and made our ride a pleasure!

The experience prior to day of was great. Very responsive and flexible in booking and planning. the driver however was very unresponsive. First he took everyone to Brooklyn NOT Manhatten and then did not want to bring everyone to Manhatten. Planner had to argue with him. Also for pickup he just picked another location a couple of blocks away because "it was better and he did not want to drive to the other location". Very frustrating.

We were disappointed that we were provided with an older bus where the TV SCREENS were not operating.

Despite our very early departure, Veronica arrived in plenty of time. She got us to our destination(s) promptly and safely. There were quite a few tight maneuvers she had to make to get us to Hillwood - it was all done well and professionally.
The bus was clean and well-outfitted. We appreciated the WIFI and the charging stations at each seat. And the microphone worked well. All things good to have in working order on a tour.
It was a smooth and very positive experience working with Academy.

Our driver was efficient and friendly during our trip. I highly recommend Academy bus as reliable bus company.

Both our sales rep and our bus driver were very friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again.

We had a good experience with Academy. The price was good and booking the company trip was easy. I did not have any Negative feedback from my group except the driver was not friendly. Multiple individuals came to me and said they got on the bus and said hello to the driver and thanked her for driving them and they said there was no verbal response and no smiles. Her demeanor was not good at all and she was not personable.
The driver was on time, in fact 2 hours early before we had to occupy the bus. The bus was clean and the ride seemed to be okay.

The bus drivers were on time and were courteous to all students on our field trip. I was very pleased with our experience and plan to use Academy Bus in the future for field trips.
