The Fitness Academy had a great offer for one of their courses so I decided to buy it. Would recommend to family an friends who are also interested in this line of training thanks guys

This course was the biggest mistake I have ever made. I wasted over a years worth of my time.
There are issues and incorrect information on almost every single page of the documentation provided. Information stating incorrect anatomy, anatomical terms of motion, incorrect physiology, outdated information (for example one page stated “crunches are great for spot reducing belly fat”) spelling and grammatical eras on every page, links that do not work, quizzes that mark you incorrectly for correct answers.
There is no phone number you can call for help, you can call to arrange an appointment with a tutor however for myself and others in the group there are times when you can’t get an appointment for over a week. For the phone number provided by academy of fitness, if you try to get in contact with them via the phone regarding issues with the course, you will be sent to the message bank, and ignored. However if you call to say you are a person wanting to enquire about enrolling with them, they will answer your call or return your message immediately. (Disgusting)
When you join up it is in the terms and conditions that a tutor will answer your questions about the course within 48 hours. This was almost NEVER the case, the average time taken for a reply was over a week. Very often 10-14 days, and at some points other 30 days. By the time they answer you, you can’t even remember what the question was and have wasted weeks getting ahead in the course.
Other than the one helpful tutor (Steve) many of the other tutors and assessor’s won’t even read your questions properly and will reply with something not even related to your question.
I begged to be let out of this course, and asked for a refund for the second course I had pre enrolled in (as did many others) we stated that it was unfair for us to have to pay for something with so many issues, the academy refused to let us out, even though the course failed on everything it promised to deliver.

I am working + decided to take the course. I told my circumstances may change due to my work. I was told that I can simply send a request email to extend & they will do that. Pretended to be so easy. I paid the full amount. I couldn't study for sometime as I explained at the beginning. Then they stopped my access after 1.5yrs & then I had to go through so many emails + requests. Ended up getting rejected. They didn't extend & as usual they wanted a payment. Disappointed.. Don't trust their sales talk. Don't provide the actual service they picture

Just qualified as a personal trainer.. Great experience. The course challenged me atvtimes and i.learnt alot. There was always help when I needed it. Great company highly recommend

Honest and very professional. One of those services where you authentically get more than you expect.
