Buying a new home.
Am in the process of purchasing a property and asbestos was highlighted in the survey. Richard Gray's team not only arranged an inspection within days of my enquiry, but gave a really good detailed report with photos showing where they had taken samples. Correspondence was lovely, he was very responsive with my questions. A sterling job - highly recommended.

AC & MS is the best asbestos survey company in London
We contacted AC & MS company for an asbestos survey to submit to our lender, and Richard Gray - their surveyor - gave us an appointment quickly last Monday for a Wednesday morning survey. The results came in today (Monday early morning) within 2-4 working days as planned, with a professional detailed report credited by UKAS and further reasonable suggestions for maintaining/removal cost. I must say their quotation is unbeatable in London in terms of low price for a survey but very good quality report. After receiving the report, we are much confident to secure the deal with our lender now. Highly recommend AC & MS company for any first-time buyers who need a trusted asbestos survey service. A special thanks to Richard Gray who supported us with his great work!!!

Fast and friendly service
I needed an urgent survey and, as luck would have it, AC&MS were able to schedule me in the next day. They attended when they said they would, got the inspection done efficiently and turned the report around quickly in order to meet my deadline. I would recommend them.
