Kit was shipped out for next day delivery, including p3 mask and overalls.
Register the kit on the website to get your code, write it on the bags, paperwork and packaging.
Carefully collect your sample and put it inside the first bag, then the second bag then the envelope with the completed paperwork.
Dispose of the ppe in the waste bags provided and post it.
Good communication throughout and you get a certificate to prove what the sample is.. in my case not asbestos.
Happy days.

Was very impressed with the service especially Maggie at the customer services team who was very prompt with answering my query effectively, the kit arrived on time and was carefully explained how to use. Would highly recommend.

I was taking out some acoustic tiling in my late husband's studio and my neighbor noted that there might be asbestos in it. It was easy to send the sample and the response came quickly. Peace of mind for $40. I would recommend.

The analysis

Not sure yet ,sent samples 1 week sgo ,advised not received (typo) then confirmed received after i sent pod ,
Told today results should be later today but now i think buisness closed for the day ( and i havnt recrived them)so i guess hopefully maybe ill get results Monday at some stage but i wont hold my breath !
Annoyingly no contact number given although i requested it just texts and await another weekend at least .

The moral of this story is to drive the couple of hundred miles to their test centre and arrive before 2pm to get results within 24 hrs and save wasting your time following up for results if you dont have a week to 10 days to spare !

The procedure is straightforward and provides all the essentials for sample testing.

Test kit with full instructions and safety clothing etc sent out in good time and results received speedily

I trusted reviews - I should not have done that. All sounds nice and simple on the website and I suppose if you regularly use these kits then just ordering one might be good value.
if you need results quickly DO NOT BOTHER! The amount of excuses they had were legendary.
I cannot remember actually taking the time to write a negative review publicly, but I am fuming about the way they handled my case.

Returned quickly and clearly described the 3 samples I sent.
I was advised of two different results inc one positive for asbestos and the type of asbestos it was.

Cost-effective, quick turnaround and excellent customer service. Quoted €350 for a test here in Ireland, tried Asbestos Sampling just to see and was delighted. Had a blip with a digit missing on upload of reference number but Customer Service (Maggie) was superb and sorted it all out very quickly. Satisfied client on my end and will definitely use again.

Two weeks since you received the sample and still no results

Time is meaningless. 24hrs means >48 apparently but they still advertise as 24hr service. Also will downgrade your postage if they use a different lab. Samples sent on the Monday using the now 48hr delivery. So by the time they arrived at the lab it was 12pm Wednesday (Royal Mail tracked), where I should have had the results by end of day Wednesday. I'd expect results 24hrs later, but nothing - not even a confirmation of delivery.

I sent an inquiry on Friday morning to ask what was happening. To their credit, they responded quite quickly to say that they could only do a 48hr service, apologies for the delay etc. That might have been fine, except that it was already past 48hrs from the sample arrival. When will I get my results? Who knows...

This asbestos test kit was extremely easy to use. The instructions were clear, well-labeled, and made collecting the sample simple. Registering with Grey Scope Labs was quick, and I received an email as soon as the lab results were completed. VERY LEGIT!! Above all, the customer service was outstanding — Maggie was responsive, helpful, and truly went above and beyond. Excellent experience from start to finish.

The service received was excellent as was the communication. Clear instructions on how to provide a sample for testing. I would definitely recommend and use this service again.
