Very satisfied with the service and recommended a neighbour.

We used AC & MS to dismantle and remove our concrete sectional garage which had an asbestos sheeting roof. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the guys who did the work. They took great care dealing with the roof and then dismantled the rest of the garage ensuring that no damage was caused to our recently laid drive! The work was completed as scheduled and at a very competitive rate compared to other quotes we received. We have no hesitation in recommending Richard’s team for any of the services they provide. Initial contact was with Richard, who responded to my enquiry about getting a refurbishment survey done at my property, and was able to get us booked in within a few days. We then had Jamie come and do our survey, who was very professional, gave us the time to explain what he would be doing and how it all worked. He also adhered to covid guidelines at all times.
Our report was ready for us within a 4 days after samples were sent off to the lab.
I have no problems in recommending AC&MS to carry out a survey for anyone wanting to to do refurbishment works. A thoroughly professional company to deal with.

The response time was really impressive and the actual inspection report professionally produced and very user friendly.
