Following completion of an asbestos report by AC&MS Ltd, they carried out removal of asbestos from a property I bought recently. The communication is second to none I have ever encountered. For a lay person such as myself with no knowledge of asbestos, the company’s willingness to respond promptly and explain procedures was very much appreciated. The work itself was carried out within the timeframe specified and they left the property tidy and clean. I could not recommend these guys highly enough they are fab.

There are many OTHER companies out there, but they spam you with calls (9 in one day!) which is ridiculous. Richard was honest and straight forward and very easy to work with to quote and book in the survey. Jamie was great when visiting my house. Kept me well informed and the survey was VERY thorough! Even things I didnt think might need testing were sampled. The report I received was outstanding - lots of pictures, details, observations, the lot.
